CALL FOR SUBSIDIES UNDER COMPETITIVE COMPETITION REGIME FOR ASSOCIATIONS AND ENTITIES OF SANT MARTÍ DE LLÉMENA 2025 This call is governed by the Rules published in BOP no. 46 dated March 5, 2024 and by the principles of publicity, transparency, concurrence in all its lines, objectivity, equal treatment and non-discrimination, as well as by those of efficiency in meeting the established objectives and effectiveness in the allocation and use of public resources. 1. Budget allocation To meet the economic obligations derived from the granting of the subsidies object of this call, the total amount of €5,000.00 is reserved, charged to item 334.48900. 2. Application submission period The application submission period will begin from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOPG and until June 15 of the year of the call. 3. Application submission form The grant application must include the following documentation: Specific application form, which includes: a. Declaration responsible for: i. The concurrence of the requirements to obtain beneficiary status. ii. The commitment to comply with the conditions imposed for the granting of the subsidy. iii. Subsidies or other income obtained for the same purpose, or the commitment to communicate them if they are obtained in the future. iv. Not be required to present certificates of being up to date with payment of tax and Social Security obligations (in the case of entities). v. The annual remuneration of the management or administrative bodies, if they are beneficiaries. b. Consent for the processing of personal data. Deed of incorporation, Statutes or equivalent documentation in the event that there has been any modification and it has not been previously notified by request to the City Council. Report of the project, program or activity. Budget of the project, program or activity, with detailed indication of income and expenses, as well as aid received and/or requested from other administrations. The standardized application form will be available on the municipal website. Applications, along with the required documentation, must be submitted to the City Council's electronic headquarters through the E-TRAM (AOC Service). The submission of the subsidy application presumes knowledge and acceptance of the regulations that regulate it.
