Extract of decree number 7463/2025 dated May 26, 2025, which calls for subsidies from the area of Culture of the Alcobendas City Council to associations during the year 2025. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3B and 20.8A of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. First. Beneficiaries: Associations duly registered in the Registry of Associations, Foundations and Similar Entities of the Alcobendas City Council that develop quality cultural and artistic projects of general interest to the municipality. Exceptionally, and with the corresponding technical report that authorizes it, associations in the process of municipal registration may apply for the subsidy, as long as the registration procedures have been initiated prior to the publication of this call. Second. Purpose: Call for Subsidies granted by the Alcobendas City Council to associations that carry out activities of public social interest during the year 2025 under a competitive competition regime. These financial aid must promote activities of public and social interest that have the purpose of: • Promoting and supporting associations, especially in the formation of associative networks and the development of services of general interest for the community and attributed to local competence. • Promote social and cultural values and new forms of citizen participation. • Promote the quantitative and/or qualitative cultural growth of the city. Cultural activities of social utility or interest related to artistic disciplines and carried out by non-profit associations, whose corporate purpose is the promotion and/or dissemination of culture, in its various manifestations, are considered eligible for subsidies; as well as those activities to be carried out by associations that have a different social purpose than the cultural one, within the framework of the municipal Festival programs and other cultural manifestations, and/or participation, involvement or organization in activities related to aspects included in the Citizen Participation Regulations and/or PAM. Regulatory bases: Current Strategic Subsidy Plan and Municipal Ordinance Regulating Subsidies for the Promotion of Associations and Citizen Participation of the Alcobendas City Council, definitively approved by the Municipal Plenary Session, in a session held on January 27, 2009 and published on February 20, 2009 in the BOCM.
