Official description of the call
First- Beneficiaries: The subsidies regulated in this Call will be directed to non-profit social entities, with headquarters or permanent delegation in the municipality of Almería, and whose purposes include working for the Prevention of social risk; normalized family and social coexistence; Promotion of personal autonomy and prevention of dependency; Attention to situations of vulnerability and/or social exclusion; Social participation and promotion of social volunteering. All of this from the perspective of social diversity, transversality and gender perspective. All of them with headquarters or permanent delegation in the municipality of Almería, provided that they comply with the requirements indicated in each case and fully accept the content of these bases. Entities that meet any of the circumstances provided for in articles 13 of the LGS and 11 of the General Ordinance of Regulatory Bases for the granting of Subsidies by the City Council of Almería and its Autonomous Bodies will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiary of subsidies. Second- Object: Social actions, Prevention of social risk; normalized family and social coexistence; Promotion of personal autonomy and prevention of dependency; Attention to situations of vulnerability and/or social exclusion; Social participation and promotion of social volunteering. All of this from the perspective of social diversity, transversality and gender perspective. Specifically, their mission is the development of Projects related to: - Prevention, awareness and awareness regarding: a. Child Poverty. b. Child Abuse. c. Abuse of Elderly People and people with Functional Diversity. d. Violence in the family and intergenerational environment. and. Xenophobic behavior and/or rejection of any circumstance in relation to social diversity: multicultural, ethnic minorities, sexual orientation and identity. - Social and Labor Integration, Personal and Social Promotion: a. Training and motivation for employment. b. Occupational workshops. - Normalized family and social coexistence: a. The Family and Education in Values. b. Father and mother schools. c. Intergenerational activities and transmission of values. d. Activities to promote social coexistence and from the values of social co-responsibility in social well-being. - Promotion of personal autonomy and prevention of dependency. to. Active Aging. b. Sensitization, Awareness and Promotion of Functional Diversity from the perspective of the potential for full Inclusion. - Attention to situations of vulnerability and/or social exclusion: a. Addressing “begging” and urgent care for people and/or families in poverty or unexpected situations. - Social Participation and Promotion of social volunteering: a. Promotion of volunteering aimed at older people and people with Disabilities or Functional Diversity. b. Training activities to improve Associationism: mission, objectives, planning. Third- Regulatory Bases: This General Ordinance of Regulatory Bases for the granting of Subsidies by the City Council of Almería and its Autonomous Bodies, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Almería number 142, of July 24, 2024 has the quality of Regulatory Bases for the granting of subsidies to non-profit associative entities for the performance of actions of a social nature for the 2025 financial year of the Area Delegation of Family, Inclusion and Equality of the Hon. Almería City Council. Fourth- Amount: The maximum amount of the Call amounts to €60,000.00. Fifth- Deadline for Submitting Applications: Fifteen business days (15), which will be counted from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Almería carried out through the National Subsidies Database (BDNS). However, when the period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it will be deemed extended to the first following business day.
