Official description of the call
1.–Object of the subsidy The purpose of this call is to establish financial aid for the following activities: Promotion of cultural and sports activities (development of cultural and sports performances, and participation in official competitions, tournaments or leagues). The period that will be taken into account for carrying out the activities will be from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. 2.- Beneficiaries The subsidized entities must comply in all cases with the following requirements: Not be for profit.. Develop their activities in the municipality of Dumbría.. Not have to justify any subsidy granted by the City Council of Dumbría.. Be up to date with tax duties and with the Security Social. Not be subject to any cause of incompatibility or prohibition of those mentioned in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies (LGS). 3.- Regulatory Bases This call will be governed by the Regulatory Bases published in BOP number 111 of May 29, 2025 available at https://bop.dacoruna.gal/bopportal/publicado/2025/05/29/2025_0000003394.pdf and on the Notice Board of the City Council's Electronic Headquarters (sede.dumbria.com) 4.- Application deadline. The deadline for submitting applications is 20 calendar days, counting from the day following the publication of this call. 5. Place and deadline for justification. Once the subsidized activity has been carried out, the beneficiaries will have three months to present the supporting documentation in the City Council Registry, without exceeding in any case March 1, 2026.
