Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Companies (including self-employed or self-employed persons) may have the status of beneficiary, regardless of their legal form, that are validly incorporated at the time of submission of the application, and are holders of an economic activity in Cantabria and meet the rest of the requirements established in the call. Second. Object. The purpose of the call is the granting of aid aimed at promoting Technology Transfer through the implementation of individual R&D projects with the aim of encouraging cooperation between the research sector, technology centers and research institutes and the private business sector, so as to encourage the transfer of technology from said Research Organizations and entities, bringing supply and demand closer together and channeling the specific needs of companies in the field of technology. Third. Regulatory bases. On June 5, 2024, Order IND/23/2024, of May 28, was published in the Official Gazette of Cantabria number 108, which establishes the regulatory bases for the subsidies of the Technology Transfer Promotion Program (INVESNOVA), promoted by SODERCAN, S.A. https://boc.cantabria.es/boces/verAnuncioAction.do?idAnuBlob=405141 The aid provided for in this Order may be co-financed up to 60% of the value of the operation by the European Union with resources from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) through the FEDER 2021-2027 Program of Cantabria. Room. Amount. - The maximum subsidy intensity to be applied for all eligible expenses of the project will be 60% of the eligible costs for industrial research projects and feasibility studies for SMEs, according to the definition of SME indicated in the regulatory bases and call, and 50% for large companies. - The maximum aid per application will be €100,000. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 2 months from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of Cantabria. Sixth. Other data. - Project execution period: up to 12 months from the start date of the project. - Each applicant entity may submit a maximum of two applications. - Budget presented equal to or greater than €20,000.
