The beneficiary of this prize may be a natural person, of any nationality, who has the academic level corresponding to a bachelor's degree, diploma or university degree, to carry out the activity for which the prize is awarded, and not be affected by any of the prohibitions contained in art. 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Second. Object. The purpose of this call is to regulate and establish the criteria and procedure for the application, processing, granting and payment of the prize awarded by the Barcelona Provincial Council through the Area of Feminisms and Equality, intended to finance projects that aim to support action research in innovative policies on gender equality, sexist violence and sexual and gender diversity and to design tools for their application in the town councils of the Barcelona district. The theme of the projects presented in the call for the award for research in gender policies, Francesca Bonnemaison, for the year 2025 focuses on: Innovation in feminist political participation (new forms of participation, co-production of public policies, link between public administrations and the feminist and women's movement, innovative initiatives to promote the socio-political participation of women) Third. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Barcelona Provincial Council (Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona of May 9, 2017). Room. Amount. The budget that will be allocated for the granting of a single research prize will be twelve thousand euros (€12,000.00). Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will begin on June 6, 2025 and will end on June 27, 2025. Sixth. Other data. The execution period of the prize will be from the date of formal acceptance of the prize, by the person selected as beneficiary, and until May 30, 2026.
