Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. 1. The following entities may be beneficiaries of the subsidies contemplated in this order: a) From lines of subsidies 1 and 3 for state-level actions for training, dissemination and promotion of the social economy and the social responsibility of companies, as well as for the development of the measures contained in the Spanish Social Economy Strategy 2023-2027: 1. Associative entities of cooperatives, labor societies, insertion companies, special social initiative employment centers, of mutual societies, fishermen's guilds and other representative entities of the social economy. 2. Other representative entities of the social economy that integrate state-level associations of cooperatives, labor societies, insertion companies, special employment centers of social initiative, mutual societies, fishermen's guilds and other representative entities of the social economy. 3rd Associations and foundations. 4. Public universities. 5. Private universities. b) From line of subsidies 2 to partially cover operating expenses: 1. Associative entities of an intersectoral nature and state level of cooperatives, labor societies, insertion companies, special employment centers of social initiative, mutual societies, fishermen's guilds and other representative entities of the social economy. 2. Sectoral and state-level associative entities of cooperatives, labor societies, insertion companies, special employment centers of social initiative, mutual societies, fishermen's guilds and other representative entities of the social economy. 3. Other representative entities of the social economy that make up state-level associations of cooperatives, labor societies, insertion companies, special social initiative employment centers, mutual societies, fishermen's guilds and other representative entities of the social economy. These representative entities of the social economy must have among their members at least five state-level associations, including cooperatives, labor societies, insertion companies, special employment centers of social initiative of mutual societies, fishermen's guilds and other representative entities of the social economy. 2. For the purposes of this order, an intersectoral association is understood to be one that integrates, either directly or through associated entities, entities of the social economy that carry out their activity in at least three economic sectors among those of agriculture, industry and construction and services. 3. The beneficiaries must meet the following requirements: a) Have legal personality and be legally constituted, in addition to being registered in the corresponding public registry, when this requirement is required in accordance with the applicable regulations. b) Not be subject to any of the prohibitions regulated in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Second. Purpose. Financing of the expenses derived from carrying out activities to support and promote the social economy and the social responsibility of companies, as well as the partial financing of the operating expenses of the representative entities of the social economy at the state level, to facilitate the fulfillment of the purposes of these entities. Third. Granting procedure. The granting of subsidies will be carried out on a competitive basis, in accordance with the principles of publicity, transparency, objectivity, equality and non-discrimination, contained in article 8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Order TES/889/2024, of August 19, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for activities to promote the social economy and the social responsibility of companies and to cover the operating expenses of the representative entities of the social economy at the state level, published in "BOE" no. 204, August 23, 2024, pages 107701 to 107721 (21 pages). Fifth. Amount. 1. The individualized amounts of the subsidy to be received will be as indicated below: a) In lines 1 and 3 for state-level training actions,
