Official description of the call
Through the agreement of the Local Government Board of the Hostalric City Council, in an ordinary session on May 26, 2025, the call for the granting of individual aid for attendance at the 2025 Hostalric municipal summer camp was approved. First. Beneficiaries The parents/guardians of boys and girls registered in the municipality of Hostalric who attend the summer camp or the municipal sports center of Hostalric in the month of July of the year of the call may be beneficiaries of this aid. The child, and at least one of the parents/guardians, must be registered in Hostalric, with at least one year of registration at the time of making the application. Second. Purpose The purpose of the aid of this call is to finance attendance at the activity of the municipal summer camp of Hostalric, during the month of July 2025, for residents of the municipality of Hostalric with minor sons and daughters who attend the summer camp or sports camp held in the month of July in the municipality of Hostalric. Third. Regulatory bases Specific regulatory bases for the granting of individual aid for attendance at the Hostalric summer camp published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona number 28, edict number 1015, on 02/08/2024. Room. Amount The amount of the call for the year 2025 is 3,000.00 euros. Subsidies may not be awarded for an amount greater than that mentioned. The maximum amount of aid per minor is €300.00. If the minor has received aid from the textbooks and digital licenses of the call, this will be counted in the maximum amount of the individual aid for attendance at the Hostalric summer camp. Fifth. Submission period The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 business days from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona. Applications may be submitted in writing by completing the standardized form, which will be signed by the applicant. The standardized application model, as well as all the documents required in point 6, can be found on the municipal website. The applications, together with the documentation required in point 6, will have to be submitted to the City Council Registry. They may also be presented in any of the places provided for in article 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
