Official description of the call
Extract from the agreement of the Local Government Board of the Ascó City Council dated May 29, 2025, which calls for subsidies for the acquisition of properties, plots of land and similar for residential use in the municipality. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans): First.- PurposeEnable access to a new home in the municipality and stop the rural depopulation suffered by the municipality. Second.- BeneficiariesPersons registered in the municipality of Ascó who meet the requirements established in the subsidy bases. Third.- Amount1. For the purchase of a home, in the old town (buildings and land assigned to zone A1 in the revision of the 1998 subsidiary regulations): - With a maximum amount of €25,000 per home and 60% of the deed amount2. For the purchase of a home, in the rest of the urban areas: - With a maximum amount of €20,000 per home and 60% of the amount of the deed3. For the purchase of a plot of land or similar on urban land:- With a maximum amount of €20,000 and 60% of the amount of the deed. Fourth.- Regulatory bases Specific bases published in the BOP of Tarragona on November 12, 2020. Modification of the bases published in the BOP of Tarragona on July 3, 2023.
