Official description of the call
First. Beneficiary entities. Non-profit associations and foundations, as well as universities created in accordance with Organic Law 6/2001, of December 21, and public research organizations. In the case of associations and foundations, in order to be beneficiaries, they must be legally constituted and registered, where applicable, in the corresponding registries and be non-profit. In order to be a beneficiary entity, entities must have a Tax Identification Number (NIF) of a legal entity. The required requirements must be met on the date of publication of the corresponding call and maintained throughout the period of execution of the subsidized activity. For-profit corporate entities, public law entities, political parties, professional associations and other entities with similar specific purposes and nature as those mentioned above are excluded as possible beneficiaries. Second. Object. Granting of aid under a competitive competition regime aimed at promoting the execution of projects aimed at the dignity and moral recognition of the victims of the Spanish War and the Dictatorship in the context of democratic memory of the following lines of projects: a) Studies and research related to the moral recognition of the victims of the Spanish War and the Dictatorship in the context of democratic memory. Included in this section are those aimed at documentary studies related to missing persons. b) Publications and organization of courses, conferences, conferences, exhibitions and other scientific and/or informative events related to the dignity and moral recognition of the victims of the Spanish War and/or the Dictatorship in the context of democratic memory. c) The compilation, conservation, study and dissemination of the written, oral, audiovisual (photographs, posters, sound recordings, films...) or intellectual (artistic, musical, literary manifestations...) documentary heritage of the Spanish War and/or the Dictatorship relating to the dignity and moral recognition of the victims of the Spanish War and/or the Dictatorship in the context of democratic memory. The maximum period to execute each project will be one year from the publication of the corresponding concession resolution. Third. Regulatory bases. Order PCM/725/2020, of July 27, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for activities related to the recovery of Democratic Memory and the victims of the Civil War and the Dictatorship, published in BOE no. 205, of July 29, 2020, pages 59910 to 59922 (13 pages), modified by Order PCM/853/2023, of July 21 BOE no. 75 of July 24, 2023, pages 107,862 to 107,866 (5 pages) Fourth. Amount. The amount of aid called will be, at most, 948,000 euros, from the expenditure budget of the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory. 600,000 euros will be allocated for non-profit associations and foundations charged to budget application 22.03.925M.480, 260,000 euros for Universities dependent on the Autonomous Communities charged to budget application 22.03.925M.452, 40,000 euros for State Universities charged to budget application 22.03.925M.442 and 48,000 euros for public research organizations charged to budget application 22.03.000X.432. 75% of the previous amounts (450,000, 195,000, 30,000 and 36,000 euros respectively) will be allocated to the year 2025 and the remaining 25% (150,000, 65,000, 10,000 and 12,000 euros respectively) to the year 2027. The minimum amount of aid to request will be 4,000 euros. The maximum amount of aid to be received will be as indicated below, depending on the project to be executed: a) Up to 12,000 euros for studies and research related to the moral recognition of the victims of the Spanish War and the Dictatorship in the context of democratic memory. b) Up to 5,000 euros for publications and organization of courses, conferences, conferences, exhibitions and other scientific and/or informative events related to the dignity and moral recognition of the victims of the Spanish war and/or the Dictatorship in the context of democratic memory. c) Up to 10,000 euros for the re
