BDNS: 836987 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in this Official Gazette of the Junta of Andalusia. First: Call The granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime for non-profit entities that promote entrepreneurial culture in the territorial area of Andalusia is called for the year 2025. Second: Beneficiaries Entities that are legally constituted as a non-profit entity, in accordance with the provisions of Law 4/2006, of June 23, on Associations of Andalusia, as well as in Law 10/2005, of May 31, on Foundations of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, and whose purposes include promoting entrepreneurship in the Andalusian territory for at least two years. count from the publication of the call, in accordance with section 4. a) of the summary table of the regulatory bases. Third: Objective The development of actions to disseminate entrepreneurial culture such as conferences, forums, fairs, contests, meetings and networking activities, which promote and encourage attitudes, skills and knowledge related to the entrepreneurial spirit. These entrepreneurship promotion projects will be aimed at promoting collective employment and disseminating entrepreneurial culture, with special attention to productive transformation. The purpose of this aid is to contribute to projects that promote creativity, business training and the exchange of knowledge, and that are linked to entrepreneurship, thus contributing to the flourishing of new entrepreneurial and innovative initiatives, and to the development of a more dynamic and competitive society. Only one project per applicant entity will be admitted. Fourth: Regulatory bases By Order of September 3, 2024, of the Department of University, Research and Innovation, the regulatory bases are established for the granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime, intended for non-profit entities that promote entrepreneurial culture in the territorial area of Andalusia (BOJA no. 175 of September 9, 2024) and the Order of 20 of December 2019, of the Ministry of the Presidency, Interior, Social Dialogue and Administrative Simplification, which approves the standard regulatory bases and the standard forms of the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía for the granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime (BOJA no. 249, of December 30, 2019). Fifth: Amount 1. The subsidies object of this call will be granted from the available budgetary credits of this Ministry through the following budget items and for the maximum total amount of €80,000.00, being financed 100% through self-financed credit, according to the following distribution of credits: ANNUITY Budget item Amounts 2025 1500010478 G/72A/48002/00 €40,000.00 2026 1500010478 G/72A/48002/00 €40,000.00 2. The granting of the planned subsidies will be limited by existing budgetary availability. Any sudden increases in the available credit will make possible a complementary resolution of the granting of the subsidy that includes applications that, even though they meet all the requirements, have not been beneficiaries due to exhaustion thereof, in accordance with the provisions of article 10.e) of Decree 282/2010, of May 4, which approves the Regulation of the Procedures for granting subsidies of the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía. Sixth: Deadline for submission of applications Subsidy applications will be submitted by electronic means, in accordance with the Annex I form included together with this call, within a period of ten business days, counted from the first business day following the publication of the extract in the Official Gazette of the Government of Andalusia, and will be addressed to the head of the General Directorate of Promotion of Entrepreneurship and Continuing Training.
