BDNS (Identif): Extract from the Resolution of May 30 of the General Directorate of Sports Systems and Values, which calls for competitive subsidies for the year 2025 aimed at the Promotion of the Andalusian University Championships (FCAU). In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the Extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in this BOJA and in the National Subsidies Database https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/inicio Primero. The procedure for granting subsidies is called, under a competitive competition regime, aimed at the Promotion of the Andalusian University Championships (FCAU), for the financial year 2024, in the maximum amount of €100,000, charged to budget item 1600010000 G/46B/44101/00 01. Second. Beneficiaries. Public or private Andalusian universities that have authorization to start their activity by decree of the Governing Council of the Junta de Andalucía in accordance with the provisions of the consolidated text of the Andalusian Law of Universities, approved by Legislative Decree 1/2013, of January 8. Third. Object. The granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, aimed at public and private universities, with the aim of promoting university sports, contributing to the organization or participation of the Andalusian University Championships, including preliminary and final phases. Room. Regulatory bases. This call is regulated by the Order of July 25, 2024, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, under a competitive competition regime, aimed at the Promotion of the Andalusian University Championships (FCAU), (BOJA no. 150, of 08/02/2024). Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be ten business days, counting from the day following the day this extract is published in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía, provided for in article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies.
