FIRST. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE CALL. The purpose of these rules and their call is to establish the rules that must govern the concession, under a competitive competition regime, of the subsidies intended for students in a possible situation of social vulnerability and registered in the municipality of La Carlota, with a maximum of ninety-five (95) students of the municipality, who have not obtained any type of subsidy or aid from other Public Administrations for the same purpose, as described in the Third Article, for the School Year. 2024-2025. SECOND. BENEFICIARIES AND REQUIREMENTS Two types of aid are established: on the one hand, those students who are studying university studies, including official master's degrees, intermediate and higher level training cycles, who, in compliance with the requirements and obligations demanded in this call, have not requested any study aid from the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training, or another public body, or if they have requested, have had their application denied, may obtain the status of beneficiaries of this aid. be beneficiaries of the concepts corresponding to public transportation, tuition expenses, housing rental expenses and bibliographic and computer material. A second modality is established for students who have requested help from the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training, and have been proposed for a scholarship, being able to request the concepts included in these bases and who have not been awarded a scholarship by said organization; given that it subsidizes tuition and residence, applicants cannot benefit from said extreme concepts, the latter, which will be known when the maximum deadline for resolving study aid that has been called by the different Public Administrations for the 2023/2024 academic year has passed. Students who request study aid under this call must meet the following requirements, which must be maintained, at least, for the duration of the 2024/2025 academic year in which they participate: a) Have been admitted to take any of the courses taught at the Public University, Official Masters as well as specialized training (MIR, EIR, FIR and PIR), intermediate and higher level training cycles as long as they are taken in other municipalities, during the course 2024/2025. b) Be up to date with compliance with tax obligations and with this City Council, as well as with Social Security. c) Not be a recipient of any other public aid for the same purpose in accordance with the eligible concepts established in these bases. d) University applicants must be enrolled in a minimum of 60 credits for students enrolled in full enrollment mode in the first year, as well as in an official master's degree, and a minimum of 48 credits for students in 2nd and subsequent courses, of which 30 credits must correspond to first enrollment, in the event that they have enrolled in the partial enrollment mode they must be enrolled in a minimum of 30 credits. In the case of partial registration, this modality must be stated on the registration receipt. e) Be registered in the municipality of La Carlota with a minimum of 3 continuous years prior to the date of publication of the call for the bases in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba. f) Preferably because they belong to a family unit whose financial income makes it difficult for students to remain in the educational system under equal conditions. THIRD. REGULATIONS This call will be governed by the General Ordinance that approves the regulatory bases for the granting of municipal subsidies from the Hon. La Carlota City Council and its Boards of Trustees, approved by the Full City Council, in an ordinary session, held on March 27, 2017, and published in the Official Gazette of the Province No. 95, of May 22, 2017, as well as by this call, approved by Mayor's Resolution number 1370/2025, of June 4 of the current. ROOM. AMOUNT The study aid granted under this call[1] will be attributed to budget application 3300-48904 "Student Support Plan", of the La Carlota City Council Budget for the year.
