TARRAGONA COUNCIL CULTUREArea of ​​Social and Cultural PromotionThe Governing Board of the Tarragona Provincial Council in a session on June 3, 2025 has approved the following call. First. BeneficiariesPrivate non-profit legal entities. Educational centers, family and parent associations and their federations, and neighborhood associations and their federations are excluded. Sports entities and social entities whose only main activity is sport and social action, respectively, are also excluded. Second. PurposeTo contribute to the implementation, within the demarcation, of large-scale, territorially differentiating projects of public and social interest, which have an impact on the cultural and economic reactivation of the territory over time. Third. Subsidized activitiesThose activities, projects or actions that are of cultural interest that meet the following requirements can be accepted:• They are activities or actions that have been carried out or will be carried out in the Tarragona district during 2025.• They are activities or actions that provide added value that has an impact inside and outside a municipality or territory, both on citizens in general and on the specific community or sector that they directly affect.• They are activities or actions that only take place in the district. of Tarragona and that position the territory in the Catalan sphere due to its excellence and uniqueness in the matter.• They are activities or actions that have been carried out in the Tarragona demarcation a minimum of 5 times in the last 11 years (including the current year of the approval of the call), although the various editions have had different names over time.• They are activities or actions that have a minimum total individualized budget of 60,000 euros. Permanent or one-off services to citizens, purely commercial multi-sector, sectoral and gastronomic fairs, and pilgrimages and major festivals are excluded. Excluded are investments, expenses that are financed through the Program.cat and E-catàleg, and also those activities that have already been subsidized by agreement, nominative subsidy or other lines of subsidies from the Provincial Council of Tarragona, on a competitive basis. Room. Typology of activities or performancesThe activities or performances presented may respond to the following formats: 1. It may be an activity that takes place once a year in one or several municipalities (festivals, exhibitions, conferences, meetings or similar in its scope). 2. They can be a set of activities carried out in one or more cultural or civic interest facilities or spaces that make up a relevant and strategic program (theatrical seasons, auditorium programs or similar in their field). 3. They may be actions that take place once a year or that are deployed in a specific period or throughout the year of the call and that affect a group of municipalities and/or that contribute to preserving and/or disseminating the common cultural heritage of special relevance. 4. They may be intermediary or support actions that are necessary to make a strategic activity a reality and that contribute to preserving and/or disseminating the common cultural heritage of special relevance throughout the Catalan territory. Fifth. Regulatory basesGeneral bases for subsidies of the Provincial Council of Tarragona published in the BOP of Tarragona on February 27, 2019. Sixth. Budget credit and maximum total amountBudget applications: 2010-334-48002 from the budget for the year 2025 – 675,000 euros.2010-334-48002 from the budget for the year 2026 – 675,000 euros. The authorization of the expenditure for the 2026 financial year is subordinated to the credit authorized in the 2026 budget. The maximum total amount of the subsidies called is 1,350,000 euros. This maximum amount can be increased according to the requests received and budget availability. Seventh. Individualized amount of the subsidyThe corresponding amount in each case after applying the assessment criteria included in point 6 of the call and will never exceed 50% of the budget of eligible expenses and 30% in the case of activities included in modality 2 of typology 2.2.1.In addition, it is established
