Public administration: LA CELLERA DE TER CITY COUNCIL Public Administration Code: L01171899 Body: LA CELLERA DE TER CITY COUNCIL Body code: L01171899 ANNOUNCEMENT ID: Call code: Call ref.: to participate in summer camps in 2025 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/ca/index) 1.- Indication of the approval of the Regulatory Bases and official journal where it has been published. By agreement of the Plenary dated July 22, 2021, the regulatory bases for granting subsidies to participate in summer camps were approved and these were exposed to the public through an announcement in BOPG no. 148 of August 4, 2021. 2.- Maximum total amount of subsidies to be granted and budget allocation The maximum budget that will be allocated this year 2025 for the granting of the subsidy that is the subject of this call will be €1,000.00 and will be charged to budget application 231 48030. The maximum amount to be awarded per beneficiary will be €200.00 per child/young person in the case of attendance at the entire school (5 weeks). If the period is shorter, 50% of the amount of the activity will be paid. 3.- Object, conditions and purposes of the subsidies The purpose of the subsidies of this call is to finance the program to participate in summer camps whose purpose is to support and enhance summer activities, guaranteeing equal access for children and adolescents of the Cellera de Ter, with the aim of reducing the expenses incurred, promoting the integration of children in the school environment and supporting families with a precarious economic situation. Aid available for summer centers is limited to the registration fee for a maximum period of five weeks and a minimum of two weeks. The value of the aid will depend on the score obtained in the application and the budget assigned to the call. 4.-Beneficiaries Minors registered in the Cellera de Ter, aged between 3 and 16 years, and who are in a special family situation with social and/or economic needs, may be beneficiaries of this aid. Minors must be applicants for summer camps held in the municipality of Cellera de Ter. Mothers, legal guardians or people temporarily or permanently in charge of the care of the beneficiaries can apply for aid. They must meet the general requirements of article 4 of these bases. 5.- Concession procedure The procedure for granting the subsidies subject to this call will be competitive competition. 5.1.- Submission of applications and deadline The deadline for submitting applications for the aid program to participate in municipal summer camps will begin the day after the publication of the extract of the call in the BOPG and will end within 10 business days from publication. Applications must be submitted using the standardized form available on the Cellera de Ter City Council website, duly completed and signed and accompanied by the corresponding documentation in each case, and must be submitted to the City Council registry. They may also be submitted in any of the places provided for in article 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations. The presentation of the application presupposes knowledge or acceptance of the rules that regulate it. 5.2.- Documents that must accompany the application The documentation listed in this article will be considered the maximum and, in each case, the applicant will be required to provide the information necessary to carry out the economic and social assessment in a reliable manner. In no case will documentation that already appears in the file of the applicant or the coexistence unit be requested, nor that which can be obtained ex officio in other municipal services or other administrations according to the provisions of article 6.2, letter b of Law 11/20.
