Official description of the call
1. Identification, general data: 1.1 Managing body: Albacete City Council, Albacete Municipal Sports Institute. 1.2 Description of the call: Title: Specific regulatory bases of the call for the granting of subsidies to sports programs organized by entities, associations and sports clubs adapted for people with disabilities that participate in official competitions or that among their objectives include sports programs aimed at people with disabilities of school age. Purpose: The purpose of this call is to grant subsidies to sports programs organized by entities, associations and sports clubs adapted for people with disabilities that participate in official competitions or that among their objectives include sports programs aimed at people with disabilities of school age. Two lines of action are established: Line of action 1: Sports clubs and associations registered in the Registry of Sports Associations of Castilla – La Mancha, with a minimum history of two years on the end date of the application submission period, will be eligible for these aid. Line of action 2: Non-profit sports, educational or socio-health clubs, entities and associations that among their objectives include sports programs aimed at people with disabilities of school age will be eligible for these aid. Beneficiaries: Adapted sports clubs, non-profit entities and associations, with registered office in the city of Albacete, whose objectives include sport as a means to facilitate, promote and, where appropriate, organize physical activities for people with disabilities or programs to be developed with people with disabilities of school age during the 2024/2025 season. Amount: The amount allocated for these purposes amounts to €15,000.00 (fifteen thousand euros), financed from item 34110 4890000 of the IMD budgets corresponding to the year 2025. 1.3 Attached document. Application model, attached table and call bases. 2. Regulatory basis: published in the BOP on November 28, 2018. 3. Application and justification period. 3.1 Applications and annexes will be submitted to the IMD Registry, as well as through the forms provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015 of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, within 15 calendar days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Albacete. When the last day of the period is a non-business day, the first following business day will be deemed extended. 3.2. Time of justification: The deadline for justification will be carried out once the activity has concluded, and in any case, at most, within three months following the conclusion of the exercise of the respective call. Failure to comply with any of the contents of this call will be taken into negative account for the granting of subsidies in the following year.
