Official description of the call
First. Purpose of the rules The purpose of these rules is the regulation of the granting, by the City Council of Esponellà, of aid to the families of the students of the public school of Esponellà for the universalization of activities in the field of schooling of their sons/daughters. Second. Recipients and requirements 2.1.a) Beneficiaries: Families of students from the Esponellà public school, registered in the municipality of Esponellà and with children of school age who are enrolled in early childhood education or primary education (from I3 to 6) may obtain the status of beneficiary of the aid. 2.1.b) Applicants: may apply for aid to reduce the gestures related to carrying out activities in the field of schooling for the course of the call for this subsidy, the father, mother, tutor or legal representative of the student who meets the requirements of bases 2.2. Requirements To be able to apply for aid, students must meet the following requirements: · Be registered in the municipality of Esponellà, at least, since September 1 of the year of the call. · Be taking any of the courses of the schooling stage from early childhood education to primary education (from I3 to 6th) · It will be necessary for applicants to be up to date with their tax obligations with the Ajuntament d'Esponellà Tercero. Regulatory Bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are those approved by the Plenary Session of the City Council of Esponellà on March 19, 2025 and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona, no. 59 of March 26, 2025. Quart. Amount of aid and eligible gestures The budget item to which the subsidy is attributed is 02/3200/48004 and the maximum total amount of the subsidies called is €1,500.00 at a rate of €75.00 per student. Eligible expenses are considered to be those that unequivocally respond to the carrying out of activities in the field of schooling of the students of the Carles de Fortuny de Esponellà school within the period and with the conditions determined in the bases, such as excursions, camps, courses, workshops... Non-eligible expenses are those intended for the acquisition of school and/or teaching materials. Fifth. Deadline, application and documentation to be submitted The deadline for submitting applications will end on June 30, 2025. If aid is requested for more than one child, it will be necessary to submit a form for each one. The application must include a RESPONSIBLE DECLARATION that will contain an express statement on the following issues: That the applicant is not subject to the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary and to be the recipient of the payment established in Law 38/2003, of November 17, and specifically sections 2 and 3 and section 5 of article 34 thereof. That the applicant undertakes to comply with the obligations of the beneficiaries of subsidies, established in article 14 of Law 38/2003, of November 17. AUTHORIZATIONS for interactive consultation by the City Council of the requirements of being up to date with compliance with tax obligations with the State Tax Administration Agency (AEAT), Social Security (TGSS) and with the municipal treasury. Direct debit FORM. Certificate issued by the Public School stating the eligible schooling expenses paid by each student. Applications must be formalized using the standardized model available at the electronic headquarters of the Esponellà City Council and accompanied by the documentation provided for in article 5 of the regulatory bases. They may also be submitted at any of the sites provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
