Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. ? LINE 1. Town councils with a population of less than 3,000 inhabitants and smaller local entities in the province of Valladolid. ? LINE 2. Town councils with a population of less than 500 inhabitants and smaller local entities in the province of Valladolid. Second. Purpose. This call is made up of 2 lines of subsidy: ? LINE 1. DYNAMISING PROJECTS. This line is aimed at supporting local entities in proposals aimed at promoting and enhancing the economic revitalization of their environment, through the development of projects that generate employment and wealth, both social and economic, that contribute to the creation of employment and the settlement and roots of the population in rural areas. ? LINE 2. SOCIAL CENTERS AND RESTAURANTS. This line is aimed at supporting local entities to make investments for the start-up and/or improvement of social centers and restaurant establishments, all with the ultimate goal of promoting job creation and the settlement and roots of the population in rural areas. Third. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Valladolid (B.O.P. of Valladolid of March 6, 2006). Room. Amount. ? Total amount: 550,000 euros. ? Maximum amount per beneficiary: 10,000 euros (although if there are excess funds it may be up to 18,000 euros) Fifth. Application submission deadline. Until July 31, 2025, included. Sixth. Other information of interest. ? Eligible expenses: o LINE 1. Investments intended for the execution or development of projects that promote the settlement and roots of the population will be eligible, among others: o Strategic projects to attract investments that affect the social and/or economic promotion of the municipality o Projects of a technological nature (coworking, etc.) o Projects that promote sustainable tourism and/or cultural development. o Projects that promote traditional crafts and trades o Projects Current expenses linked to this purpose will also be eligible (studies, drafting of projects, etc.). However, current expenditure will not be eligible if it is not directly linked to an effective investment, the object of this subsidy. o LINE 1. Investments in municipally owned premises or buildings for the start-up and/or improvement of social centers and restaurant establishments will be eligible. Current expenses linked to this purpose (studies, project writing, etc.) will also be eligible for subsidies. However, current expenditure will not be eligible if it is not directly linked to an effective investment, the object of this subsidy. - Eligible period: from January 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. - Compatibility: yes. - Requests: through the usual channels. - Documentation: the project, report or expenditure forecast, indicating cost, timing, novelty or innovation, means, objectives, feasibility and impact. - Assessment criteria: population of the municipality and distance to the capital. - Resolution: unique. - Payment method: the beneficiaries will receive 100% of the subsidy with the character "to be justified". - Form of justification: by presenting the documentation provided for in the twentieth base of the call. - Maximum period of justification: the supporting documentation must be submitted within a period of no more than 2 months from the end of the eligible period.
