Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call for aid intended to promote youth participation (Lines I, II and III) is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias) and in this DOE. First. Beneficiary Entities. a) Entities that are beneficiaries of Line I aid may be youth associations and entities similar to them that request it in a timely manner and that meet the requirements established in articles 3 and 25 of Decree 47/2025, of May 27, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid aimed at promoting youth participation and the first call for applications for the year 2025, as of the date of publication of the call. b) Entities that provide services to youth that request it in a timely manner and that meet the requirements established in articles 3 and 28 of Decree 47/2025, of May 27, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid aimed at promoting youth participation and the first call for applications for the year 2025, may be beneficiaries of Line II aid, as of the date of publication of the call. c) Groups of non-associated young people who request it in a timely manner and who meet the requirements established in articles 3 and 32 of Decree 47/2025, of May 27, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid aimed at promoting youth participation and the first call for the year 2025, may be beneficiary groups of Line III aid, as of the date of publication of the call. Second. Object. The following lines of aid will be subsidized under the call: a) Line I: Subsidies intended to finance activity projects developed by youth associations and entities similar to them. b) Line II: Subsidies intended to finance activity projects developed by entities providing services to youth. c) Line III: Subsidies intended to finance the implementation of youth initiatives developed by non-associated youth groups. The purpose of this aid is to support the development of initiatives and projects that target the young population of Extremadura and have among their objectives or action measures those indicated in article 5 of Decree 47/2025, of May 27, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid aimed at promoting youth participation and the first call for applications for the year 2025. Third. Regulatory bases. The call will be governed by the rules contained in Decree 47/2025, of May 27, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid aimed at promoting youth participation and the first call for the year 2025. Fourth. Amount. a) For Line I. Aid to youth associations and entities similar to them, a total amount of THREE HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND EUROS (€310,000.00) will be allocated; expenditure project 20001210, called “YOUTH PARTICIPATION: AID FOR THE YOUTH ASSOCIATIONAL MOVEMENT”, of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for the financial year 2025. A minimum amount of aid of 3,000 euros and a maximum of 7,000 euros is established. However, in the event that the amount requested by an entity is less than the amount resulting from the application of the following scale, the subsidized amount will be equivalent to that requested. b) For Line II. Aid to entities providing services to youth. A total amount of ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY THOUSAND EUROS (€160,000.00) will be allocated; expenditure project 20001210, called “SUPPORT FOR PROJECTS OF ENTITIES PROVIDING SERVICES TO YOUTH”, of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for the financial year 2025. A minimum amount of aid of 4,000 euros and a maximum of 12,000 euros is established.
