Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Festival commissions created with the purpose of organizing the festivals in the neighborhoods of Zumaia. Second. Object. The purpose of this call is the granting of subsidies aimed at alleviating the economic deficit caused by the development or execution of specific programs or activities for the Zumaia neighborhood festivals, by the non-profit festival commissions of Zumaia. Third. Regulatory bases. Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. General Subsidy Regulations, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21. General ordinance regulating the granting of subsidies by the Zumaia City Council and its Autonomous Bodies (Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa No. 151, of August 11, 2020). Strategic Subsidy Plan of the Zumaia City Council for the period 2024-2027. (Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa no. 243, of December 20, 2023). Legislative Decree 1/2023, of March 16, which approves the consolidated text of the Law for the Equality of Women and Men and Lives Free of Sexist Violence against Women. Room. Amount. The subsidies to be granted through this call will be charged to the following budget item: - 1 0300.481.338.00.06 2025 (179) Subsidy neighborhoods €26,000 Fifth. Application submission deadline. Applications must be submitted electronically through electronic registration by accessing the electronic headquarters of the City Council, through its website (www.zumaia.eus). The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 calendar days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa. Sixth. Form and terms of payment. The payment will be made in 2 payments by bank transfer to an account owned by the beneficiary entity: First payment: 70% of the subsidy granted upon notification of the resolution. Second payment: the remaining 30% after the presentation of the documentation required to justify the subsidy.
