Official description of the call
First. BeneficiariesFathers, mothers and/or legal guardians of each of the children in the municipality of Sant Feliu de Buixalleu who are attending preschool and primary school, and who meet the requirements established in base 5a of the specific bases. Second. ObjectThe object of the call is the subsidies under a competitive public competition, aimed at promoting the reconciliation of work and family life for families with children in the municipality of Sant Feliu de Buixalleu who are attending preschool and primary school. Third. Regulatory basesThe specific regulatory bases of this call were approved by agreement of the Municipal Plenary dated April 28, 2025 and published in the BOP of Girona no. 90 dated May 13, 2025. Fourth. AmountThe maximum amount allocated to this line of subsidies will be €2,700. The expense will be charged to budget application 326,489,000. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of the corresponding extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province, through the National Subsidies Database (BDNS). Sixth. Documentation to be presented The documentation necessary to request the subsidy will be the following: Subsidy application form, in accordance with ANNEX 1 of the specific bases, which in all cases must include: o Name, surname, ID of the parents and/or legal guardians, name of the child and name of the School and course taken in the 2024-2025 academic year, as well as the address of the place indicated for the purpose of receiving notifications. o Photocopy of the ID of the fathers, mothers and/or legal guardians.o Copy of the registration at the school or daycare center for the 2024-2025 academic year.o Copy of the registration for extracurricular activities during the dining hours of the 2024-2025 academic year (if applicable).o Copy of the document accrediting how the child uses the school cafeteria service on a regular basis (if applicable).o Copy of the income for the 2024 financial year of the fathers, mothers and/or guardians legal documents that make up the family unit.o Employment contract or legal declaration of the company indicating the location of the work center and the schedule of the parents and/or legal guardians (assumption 5.1 of the bases)o Certificate of ownership of the current account number in the name of the parents and/or legal guardians where the amount of the subsidy is desired to be deposited.o **Accreditation of specific situations of the family unit: Divorce agreement or decree.
