Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Women victims of violence (violence exerted by their partner or ex-partner) may be beneficiaries of the aid contemplated in these bases, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 1/2004, of December 28, on Comprehensive Protection Measures against Gender Violence, who prove the validity of the situation of violence as established by Organic Law 1/2004 on the date of requesting the aid. Second. Object. Financial support for the financing of part of the rental income and the mortgage payment to be paid by tenants or owners who have been recognized as victims of violence against women (violence exercised by their partner or ex-partner according to Organic Law 1/2004). This call seeks to promote their autonomy and independence, as well as facilitate their permanence in their habitual and permanent residence. Third. Regulatory Bases. General Municipal Ordinance and Regulatory Bases for Subsidies of the Zaragoza City Council and the Public Sector approved by the Hon. Plenary Council on September 26, 2016 and published in BOPZ No. 236 of October 13, 2016, and the rules that govern this call. Room. Amount. The maximum total amount of this call amounts to 160,000.00 euros, which may be covered by the 2025 budget application IGL 2317 - 48903 ?Attention to victims of violence against women and domestic violence? accounting document RC No. 251118. Each beneficiary will be granted aid of up to 3,000.00 euros for the payment of rental income or mortgage payments on the habitual residence accrued between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025 and paid prior to the end of the justification period (December 31, 2025), except, in the latter case, As of December 31, 2025, the receipt for the month of December 2025 is necessary to be able to justify the maximum amount of the aid, in which case it will be until January 10, 2026 Fifth. Application deadline. The application submission period will begin on the day following the publication of the bases in the Official Gazette of Aragon, Zaragoza Province Section (BOPZ) and will end on September 30, 2025. It may end before said date if the available credit assigned is exhausted, which will be duly published by the competent body.
