Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/index): 1. Object and purpose. The purpose of the aid is to finance: a. Taxi service and occasional bus transportation for people registered in the municipalities that benefit from the aid. b. Reduction in the price of transportation tickets on regular road transportation lines for people with origin, stop or destination in the beneficiary municipalities, for people registered in these municipalities. c. Increase in the frequency of regular road passenger transport service between the main nucleus and secondary nuclei of the municipality. d. Operating expenses of the regular passenger transport service under direct municipal management. and. Public vehicle sharing service. Subsidy beneficiaries. These subsidies are intended for the municipalities of the province of Valencia listed in the annexes of the call, which meet the requirements of any of the following options: A) The municipalities, listed in Annex I, characterized by simultaneously meeting the following characteristics: -Belonging to one of the LEADER 2023-2027 Local Action Groups included in the Resolution of March 7, 2024 of the general director of Rural Development of the Generalitat. -Have less than 10,000 inhabitants, according to the official population figures for 2024. B) The municipalities, listed in Annex II, characterized by simultaneously meeting the following characteristics: -Having less than 10,000 inhabitants, according to the official population figures for 2024. -Having at least one secondary nucleus characterized by meeting all the following characteristics: ··Being separated from the main nucleus. ··Have less than 1,000 inhabitants, according to official population figures for 2024. ··Have a inhabitants/housing ratio of less than 1 according to data from the General Directorate of the Cadastre, urban plots, real estate for residential use, under the protection of art. 2.1, 33 and Title VI of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2004, of March 5, by which the consolidated text of the Real Estate Cadastre Law is approved. ··Be less than 500 meters away from a regular road passenger transport stop Exclusions. The municipalities belonging to the regions of La Serranía and El Rincón de Ademuz will not have the status of beneficiaries, even if they meet the above requirements, as they are recipients of another program with the same purpose, which is a pilot test. Regulatory bases. This call is governed by what is provided for in the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Provincial Council of Valencia, the consolidated text of which is published on the Transparency Portal of the Provincial Council of Valencia https://www.dival.es/es/%252Fportal-de-transparencia. Budget credits to which the subsidy is allocated and maximum total amount. 706 414.00 462.00 of the Provincial Council's expenses budget for 2025 will be financed by the application, with a maximum estimated amount of 350,000 euros. Compatibility. This subsidy is compatible with the receipt of other subsidies, aid, income or resources for the same purpose from any other administration or public or private entity. The subsidy awarded in this call, alone or in conjunction with other subsidies, may not exceed the cost of the subsidized activity. Amount. The amount of the subsidy may reach up to 100% of the eligible cost of the applications submitted. The amount will be determined by the distribution of the allocated budget among the requesting entities. A fixed amount of 2,000 euros is established per beneficiary municipality, plus an additional amount of 500 euros for municipalities at risk of depopulation.
