Official description of the call
First.- Call The granting of subsidies aimed at unions of workers in the environmental sector is called for the year 2025, under a competitive competition regime. These subsidies will be used only for actions carried out in the period between January 1 of the year of their call and the deadline established for their justification. Second.- Beneficiaries The most representative unions of workers in the environmental sector at the state level, provided for in article 2.2, may be beneficiaries of the aid. of the order of bases regulating said aid. Third.- Applications and Submission Deadline Applications will be submitted within twenty business days, counted from the day following the date of publication of this extract in the “Official State Gazette”, in the Electronic Registry of the Department, through its electronic headquarters (https://sede.miteco.gob.es/portal/site/se) according to articles 14 and 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Procedure Common Administrative System of Public Administrations. Fourth.- Financing of aid The financing of the subsidies provided for in this order will be carried out under budget item 23.12.4510.484, whose maximum total amount will be twenty-three thousand three hundred and twenty euros (€23,320.00). Fifth.- Award criteria. The distribution of the funds and their amounts will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of article 4 of the basic order.
