Resolution of 06/13/2025 of the President Delegate of the Municipal Sports Foundation of the Badajoz City Council calling for subsidies for non-profit entities in Badajoz, for 2025 in Base and Intermediate Categories.

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. Non-profit legal entities, whose headquarters are located within the municipality of Badajoz, the nature of the activity they propose coincides with the provisions of the call, that do not incur any of the prohibitions established in article 13.2 LGS, provided that they have the structure and means necessary to carry out the projects or programs that are the subject of the call and that they meet the following requirements: Have legal personality and capacity to act, being duly constituted and registered in the General Registry of Sports Entities of Extremadura or in the corresponding Official Registry, with a date prior to the publication in the BOP of Badajoz of the bases of this call. Directly manage and carry out subsidized projects. Second. Object. The subsidies awarded will have the purpose of financing the Club's current expenses incurred between January 1 and October 31, 2025. Third. Regulatory bases. General Subsidies Ordinance of the Badajoz City Council, published in the BOP of Badajoz, on February 2, 2009 - http://www.dip-badajoz.es/bop/ventana_anuncio.php?id_anuncio=33251&FechaSolicitada=2009-02-02 Fourth. Amount. This call for subsidies has a maximum total allocation of €63,000.00, distributed in 4 programs with an allocation for each of them: PROGRAM A – Football Promotion: €10,000.00 PROGRAM B – Indoor Football Promotion €3,000.00 PROGRAM C – Promotion of other team sports: €35,000.00 PROGRAM D – Promotion of individual sports: €15,000.00 For each project in which financing is requested, up to a maximum of €7,000.00 may be granted. Fifth. Application submission deadline. 20 business days, counting from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Badajoz. Sixth. Other data. The applications, which will indicate both the amount requested and the program that is opted for, will conform to the model that appears as ANNEX I of this Resolution, which will be provided by the F.M.D. and that will be available during the submission period on its website www.aytobadajoz.es/fmd. Applications will be processed through electronic means, using standardized models, and will be accompanied by the documentation required in these bases. The presentation will be made exclusively through the electronic registry located on the main page of the Municipal Sports Foundation at the electronic address https://sede.aytobadajoz.es/portal/entidades.do?ent_id=4&idioma=1 and can be carried out twenty-four hours a day, every day of the established period, as well as in the remaining electronic records of any of the subjects referred to in article 2.1 of Law 39/2015, on Administrative Procedure.
