RULES AND CALL FOR THE COTO DE BORNOS FAIR POSTER CONTEST 2025 The Bornos City Council, through the Festival Delegation, calls for the Coto de Bornos Fair Poster Contest, in accordance with the following bases: FIRST.- Purpose of the call. The object of the contest is the election of the Official Poster of the Coto de Bornos 2025 Fair. SECOND.- Total budget and budget application. 2.1.- The amount for the only prize in the contest is two hundred euros (€200) which will be charged to item 338.480.01 of the current budget of this City Council. 2.2.- Transportation and insurance costs will be the responsibility of each contestant, both in the presentation and in the removal of the posters. THIRD.- Participants. 3.1.- Spaniards or foreigners residing in Spain may participate in the contest. 3.2.- A UNIQUE modality of participation in the contest is established: - ADULT (16 years of age and older) Minors under 18 years of age will be required to obtain authorization granted by the father, mother or legal guardian that is incorporated in the application that is attached in the Annex to these bases. 3.3.- Participation in the contest implies full acceptance of the rules. FOURTH.- Characteristics of the poster. 4.1.- The main reason for the poster will be the Coto Bornos Fair, it will reflect typical images of the festival, monuments and customs of the town. 4.2.- The execution of the posters may be carried out by any procedure, with the artist being at the discretion of the artist to use the colors and techniques he deems appropriate, taking into account that the reproduction of the winning poster will be done in four-colour process, so gold, silver and phosphorescent inks are excluded. The dimensions of the works, where the Bornos shield must appear, will be 50 centimeters wide by 70 centimeters high. Each contestant may submit a maximum of two posters and those that do not comply with the provisions may be disqualified. The works will bear the following legend: COTO DE BORNOS FAIR 2025 From August 28 to 31 4.3.- Only unpublished works that have not been submitted to other competitions will be admitted to this contest. In the event that images or plagiarism of images from other authors or institutions have been used, the author will be solely responsible for any incident that may occur for these reasons, and the work will be removed immediately. Likewise, in the event that the poster has been printed, the author of the poster will bear the printing and dissemination costs. FIFTH.- Deadline and form of presentation of posters. 5.1.- Deadline. The period for admission of originals begins the day following the publication of the rules in the "Official Gazette" of the province of Cádiz, through the BNDS and will end on June 30, 2025, both included. 5.2.- Form. The works must be delivered on rigid support and in digital support (JPG and TIFF format with a resolution of 300 pp.) at the Entry Registry of the Bornos City Council, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. The works will not be signed and will be presented accompanied by a closed envelope on the outside of which its title and the motto FERIA DE COTO DE BORNOS 2025 appear. From August 28 to 31, 2025, and inside the application model that appears as an Annex to these rules, which includes the data of the participant or the holder of parental authority or guardianship, will be introduced, in compliance with the provisions of art. 7 of the L.O. 3/2018, on Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights. SIXTH.- Means of notification and publication. In accordance with the provisions of article 45 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Procedure of Public Administrations, once the call has been published in the "Official Gazette" of the province of Cádiz, successive notifications will be published, having the effects of the notification, through the electronic notice board of the Bornos City Council. SEVENTH.- Bodies competent for the investigation: The investigation of the file will be carried out by the convening Delegation. EIGHTH.- Jury. 8.1.- The Jury will be made up of qualified people designated by the City Council and will be made up of a minimum number of 3 people and a maximum of 5. 8.2.- The members of the Jury are subject to the system of abstention and recusal established by the
