Official description of the call
Announcement from the Most Excellent Valencia City Council on the extract of the Agreement of June 20, 2025 of the Local Government Board of the Valencia City Council, by which the CALL FOR MUNICIPAL RENTAL AID 2025-2026 is approved. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/841689): First. Beneficiaries: Natural persons, adults or emancipated minors, residents of the municipality of Valencia, who meet each and every one of the requirements established in this call, may apply for the subsidies regulated in this call. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call is to facilitate the enjoyment of a rental home or room by granting subsidies to tenants, on a competitive basis, for the payment of the rental income of a home or room for the monthly payments from December 2024 to November 2026, in the municipality of València. The management of the aid contemplated in this call will be subject to the principles of publicity, competition, transparency, objectivity, equality and non-discrimination, as well as effectiveness in meeting objectives and efficiency in the allocation and use of resources. Third. Regulatory Bases: General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Valencia City Council and its Public Bodies, approved by Plenary Agreement of July 28, 2016 and made final by Resolution Z-903 of October 19, 2016 and published in the B.O.P. on November 2, 2016. Fourth. Amount: In fiscal year 25-26, beneficiaries will be granted aid of 40% of the monthly payments from December 2024 to November 2026 that they have paid for renting their primary residence, with a maximum monthly amount of 360 euros (€180 room). This amount will be multiplied by the number of months of validity of the contract and according to the bills actually paid. In no case may the amount of the subsidy exceed €4,320 per year (€2,160 per hour) per Fifth beneficiary. Application submission period: Submission period subject to publication in the Official Gazette. The deadline for submitting applications is 1 month, starting from the day following the publication of the extract of the Call in the Official Gazette of the Province (B.O.P.). Others: the application must be submitted in the standardized form that is mandatory, duly formalized and signed by the person requesting the aid, which can be obtained in the General Entry Registry of the Valencia City Council, as well as in the electronic headquarters of the City Council website (www.valencia.es).
