Official description of the call

First: Beneficiaries. The beneficiaries will be the Spanish sports federations with athletes and teams belonging to them included in the Team España Elite and Team España Strategic Interest Programs in accordance with the criteria contained in the Resolution. Second: Purpose of the call. The purpose of this call is the granting of subsidies to Spanish sports federations, on a competitive basis, for athletes and teams included in the Team España Elite Programs and subsidies to Spanish sports federations that, in accordance with the criteria of this call, can present Team España Programs of Strategic Interest, which meet the requirements set forth in the Resolution and the applicable regulations. The purpose of the subsidies object of the call is, by financing Spanish sports federations with athletes and teams included in the Team España Elite programs and financing the Team España Strategic Interest Programs, to improve the sports preparation of athletes and teams with the ultimate goal of achieving level results in the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games and in other relevant international competitions. Third: Regulatory Bases. The granting of subsidies in this Call will be governed by this Resolution and by the General Law of Subsidies and its Regulations. The regulatory bases for this call are found in Order ECD/2681/2012, of December 12, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies and aid by the CSD, available at: https://www.boe.es/boe/dias/2012/12/15/pdfs/BOE-A-2012-15180.pdf. Fourth: Amount. A total amount of €19,000,000.00 will be allocated to budget credit 18.106.336A.481.03 “To Spanish Sports Federations for their activity”. Fifth. Deadline and application procedure. Applications must be submitted within 15 business days from the day following the publication in the Official State Gazette of this extract of the call. Pursuant to the provisions of Law 39/2015, of October 1, applications must be submitted electronically through the Electronic Headquarters of the Higher Sports Council, accessible at the electronic address https://sede.csd.gob.es, duly signed using an advanced electronic signature, by the legal representative authorized by power of attorney or statutory provision of the respective federation, accompanied by the documentation detailed in the call. Sixth. Other administrative and procedural data. The instructing body of the procedure is the General Directorate of Sports, in accordance with the provisions of article 8.4b) of Royal Decree 460/2015, of June 5, which approves the CSD Statute. The payment of the subsidies granted under this Resolution will be of an advance payment nature without the need for the beneficiary Spanish sports federations to provide guarantees as they are non-profit entities declared of public utility. The justification of the aid granted in accordance with this call will be carried out in the period from January 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026. This justification will be done in accordance with the provisions of the Fourteenth base, point 3, of Order ECD/2681/2012, of December 12, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies and aid by the CSD. and with what is established in the “Guide”, and will include the expenses financed with this CSD grant throughout the eligible period.
