Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and 16 q) of Law 6/2011, of March 23, of Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index) and in this Official Gazette of Extremadura. First. Object. Approve for the 2025/2026 school year, the first call for aid intended to finance, in whole or in part, the cost of schooling for students in the second and third year of the first cycle of Early Childhood Education, enrolled in non-free municipal Early Childhood Schools dependent on the Government of Extremadura, and in private Early Childhood Education teaching centers authorized by the competent ministry in matters of education. Second. Beneficiaries. 1. Those who meet the following requirements at the end of the application submission period will have the status of beneficiaries: a) Have a family residence in Extremadura or the status of Extremaduran, in accordance with Law 6/2009, of December 17, on the Statute of Extremadurans abroad. b) Be the holder of a tax identification number, whether definitive or provisional. c) Be enrolled in the second or third year of the first cycle of Early Childhood Education, in a Nursery School or in a private educational center authorized by the competent department in matters of education. 2. Students who are subject to any of the circumstances provided for in section 2 of article 12 of Law 6/2011, of March 23, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, will not be able to obtain beneficiary status. Third. Regulatory bases. Decree 56/2025 of June 10, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid to families, intended to finance the schooling of students in the first cycle of Early Childhood Education in public and private educational centers authorized by the Department of Education, Science and Vocational Training of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura and approves the first call for the 2025/2026 school year, for second-year students. and third course of the cycle. Room. Amount. For the purpose of this call, the maximum amount of €8,800,000 will be allocated and will be financed from the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for 2024, approved by Law 1/2024, of February 5, on the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for the year 2024, and automatically extended for the year 2025 by Order of February 6, 2025, which establishes the conditions and criteria for applying the extension of the General Budgets of the Community of Extremadura for 2024 in the fiscal year 2025, with the following budget breakdown by annuity: • Annuity 2025: – 130020000/G/222A/48000/CAG0000001/20250349: €2,400,000. • Annuity 2026: – 130020000/G/222A/48000/CAG0000001/20250349: €6,400,000. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be at least 2 months, starting the day after the publication of the call and its extract in the Official Gazette of Extremadura (http://doe.juntaex.es/), ending on September 10, 2025. Exceptionally, students who, due to justified and duly accredited circumstances, have not been able to attend school within the period established in the previous section, may submit their application from May 1 to 15.
