Official description of the call

BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in this BOJA: First. Call. 1. The incentives linked to electric mobility (MOVES III) in Andalusia are called for the year 2025, under a non-competitive competition regime, under Royal Decree 3/2025, of April 1, which establishes the incentive program linked to electric mobility (MOVES III) for the year 2025. 2. This call corresponds to a maximum credit of 66,785,506.75 euros, financed from the funds integrated into the assets of the Institute for the Diversification and Saving of Energy (IDAE), from the transfers received for this purpose from service 03 of Section 23 of the General State Budgets. In accordance with the conditions established in article 10.10 of Royal Decree 266/2021, of April 13, the allocation included in the following table is made, by type of action and maximum amounts: Type of action: Incentive program 1: Acquisition of "plug-in" electric vehicles and fuel cells Incentive program 2: Implementation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure Percentage: 60% 40% Amounts: €40,071,304 €26,714,202.75 Second. Incentive actions. 1. The actions contemplated in article 13 of Royal Decree 266/2021, of April 13, related below, with the characteristics, scope and requirements established in the aforementioned regulatory bases will be incentivized: a) Incentive program 1 (Program to promote the acquisition of electric vehicles): Acquisition of electric <> and fuel cell vehicles. Vehicles eligible for incentives must belong to the categories and types established in Annex I of Royal Decree 266/2021 of April 13. The incentive vehicle models must appear in the Vehicle Base of the Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving (IDAE) (https://coches.idae.es/base-datos/vehiculos-elegibles-programa-MOVES-III) and comply with the requirements established in Annex I of the aforementioned Royal Decree 266/2021, of April 13. b) Incentive Program 2 (Program to support the deployment of charging infrastructure): Implementation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure. The implementation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure will be incentivized, with the requirements, characteristics and limitations established in Royal Decree 266/2021 of April 13. 2. In accordance with the provisions of article 2 of Royal Decree-Law 3/2025, of April 1, the actions initiated in the period between January 1, 2025 and April 2, 2025, the date of entry into force of the aforementioned royal decree-law, are included, and the applications submitted to this Agency, as of January 1, 2025, are therefore considered valid. Third. Beneficiary persons and entities. In accordance with the provisions of article 11.1 of Royal Decree 266/2021, of April 13, the ultimate recipients of the incentives, who will be classified as beneficiaries for the purposes of this call, are the following: a) Natural persons who carry out economic activities. b) Natural persons of legal age and persons with disabilities not included in the previous section. c) The communities of owners regulated by Law 49/1960, of July 21, on horizontal property. d) Legal entities, validly incorporated in Spain at the time of submitting the application, and other entities, with or without legal personality, whose tax identification number (NIF) begins with the letters A, B, C, D, E, F, G, J, R or W. Polygon Conservation Entities or Agrarian Transformation Companies whose NIF begins with V. e) Local entities in accordance with article 3 of the Law will also be eligible. 7/1985, of April 2, regulating the Bases of Local Regime, and the institutional public sector of any Public Administrations referred to in article 2.2 of Law 40/2015 of October 1, of the Legal Regime of the Public Sector, provided that they do not carry out economic activities for which it offers
