Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: All people over 18 years of age, without distinction of nationality, residing in the Valencian Community, and who have not been awarded in the last edition (X) Second, may take part in this contest. Purpose: Participation in the XI Edition of the Literary Contest "Pascual Enguídanos-George H.White" Llíria 2025. Third. Regulatory Bases The Regulatory Bases that establish the criteria that must govern the calls for the Literary Contest "Pascual Enguídanos-George H.White" were approved by agreement of the Plenary Session on June 23, 2021, in an ordinary session, and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia No. 82 dated May 2, 2022. Fourth. Amount The works selected for the prize of the XI Literary Contest "Pascual Enguídanos-George H.White" Llíria 2025, will be able to obtain the following cash awards: First prize in the category in Spanish: 800 euros. First prize in the Valencian category: 800 euros. Finalist in the Spanish category: 400 euros. Finalist in the Valencian category: 400 euros. Cash prizes will be subject to taxes or withholdings in force according to the Law. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting works will be 45 business days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia. Sixth. Other information Each participant will be able to present a single work, to choose from, in Spanish or Valencian. The work may be submitted in PDF, DOC or RTF format. The minimum length will be five (5) pages and the maximum length will be fifteen (15) pages, with Times New Roman font, size 12 points and double-spaced line spacing. Works submitted that do not meet the above requirements will not be admitted to the competition. The originals of the work will not be signed with either name or pseudonym.
