Official description of the call

In compliance with the provisions of the third section of the operative part of Mayoral Decree no. 2025002649, of June 27, 2025, hereby and for general knowledge, through the National Subsidies Database (BDNS), an extract of the call for aid destined to carry out cultural activities during the 2025 financial year is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia; as well as two announcements on the Electronic Notice Board and the municipal website, granting a period of 30 business days from the day following its publication on the aforementioned board, in accordance with the fifth basis of those incorporated into the file through a file signed in document with CSV 15704562645250116143, the full text of which is available on the official website www.lliria.es: • Regulatory bases approved by plenary agreement in an extraordinary session held on April 26, 2005 and modified by plenary agreement dated April 26, 2018, the consolidated text of which is published in the BOP of Valencia no. 137 dated July 17, 2018. • Budget application: maximum total amount of the subsidy: 800/334/48000 CULTURE/CULTURAL PROMOTION/SUBV. CULTURAL ACTIVITIES. • Maximum total amount of the subsidy: €8,000.00. • Object, conditions and purpose of the subsidy: Promotion of the cultural activity of associations, neighborhood groups, educational centers and natural persons registered, belonging, located and/or residing in Llíria, respectively, in accordance with the second and third bases. • Maximum amount to be obtained by the beneficiary: According to the provisions of the fourth base. • Concession procedure: Competitive competition. • Competent body for the instruction of the procedure: Whoever holds the Head of the Department of Culture of the Llíria City Council. • Body competent to resolve the procedure: Whoever is competent in matters of Culture in use of the delegated powers. • Requirements to apply for the subsidy and how to accredit them: Carry out any of the planned activity(s) in the third base during the year 2025 by associations, neighborhood groups, educational centers and registered individuals, belonging to, located and/or residents in Llíria, respectively. • Deadline for submitting applications: In accordance with the fifth base, it will be 30 days from the day following the publication of the announcement of the call on the notice board of the City Council. • Documents and information that must accompany the application: Those provided in the fifth base. • Possibility of reformulating requests in the terms provided in article 27 of the LGS: Not contemplated in the bases. • Assessment criteria: Those established in the sixth base. • Deadline and form of resolution, notification and/or publication: The resolution will be issued within thirty days following the end of the application submission period. The resolution that puts an end to the administrative route through which the subsidy is granted will be notified to the applicant association, expressing the amount, the method of payment, the conditions under which it is granted and the means of control that, where appropriate, have been established within a period of six days from when it was issued.
