Official description of the call

Given the provisions of article 21.1.s) of law 7/1985, of April 2, Regulating the Bases of the Local Regime, I come to RESOLVE: First.- Approve the Bases for the granting of study aid for academic excellence of the Hon. Olvera City Council. BASIS FOR THE GRANTING OF STUDY AID FOR THE ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE OF THE EXCELLENCE. OLVERA CITY COUNCIL a) Motivation of aid for academic excellence of the Hon. Olvera City Council. The aid for Academic Excellence of the Hon. Olvera City Council, were born with the main objective of recognizing talent, effort and academic merit, distinguishing the four IES Zaframagón students who have completed their high school studies with the best academic records. Each aid will have an endowment of 1,000 euros, an amount that the successful student must allocate in its entirety to the purchase of computer and/or communication and/or training equipment for their future post-institute training. The total amount of the four aids is €1,000 each, for the four best academic records to be distributed as follows: 1.- Aid worth €1,000 for the best academic record in the Baccalaureate modality, taking into account the average of 1st and 2nd years of Baccalaureate, regardless of the modality. 2.- Three grants of €1,000 for the best academic record in the Baccalaureate modality, taking into account the average of 1st and 2nd years of Baccalaureate, one for each of the Baccalaureate modalities. b) For the granting of aid, the following criteria will be taken into account. Certificate to the Management and/or Secretary of the IES Zaframagón center for the current course that accredits the identity of the four best academic records of the course and their grade. For the first year of distribution of study aid, the 2024-2025 academic year will be taken into account. The Certificate must be presented within three months from the holding of the ordinary evaluation sessions. c) The destination of the aid will be the following Delivery of computer and/or communication and/or training equipment intended to help with the future post-institute training of the students reflected in the certificate requested from the Management and/or Secretary of the center, acquired in local businesses. d) Awarding of the prizes The Management and/or Secretary of the IES Zaframagón center will elevate the Hon. Olvera City Council, through the electronic headquarters of the Consistory, the certificate issued in order to recognize those awarded the aid. The requests will be resolved by the Mayor's Office within a period of one month from the presentation of the request in the Document Registry, and may be deemed rejected if after said period an express resolution has not been issued and notified. The winners will receive the computer and/or communication and/or training equipment that is the object of the aforementioned aid, except for the difference that exceeds the amount of the aid. e) Concession and justification period The granting of aid for academic excellence by the Hon. Olvera City Council, are subject to budget availability and are included in budget item 320 48000. The student must remove the computer and/or communication equipment within two months following notification by the Olvera City Council. The company where the purchase is carried out will present, through electronic headquarters, the corresponding billing in the name of the Olvera City Council. f) Incompatibilities The same student may not be the recipient of more than one award. g) Advance payments It will not be appropriate to make advance payments or credits on account. h) Non-compliance The beneficiary person or entity is committed to immediately notify the City Council, in the event of the impossibility of carrying out the activity for which the aid was granted, to proceed with the release of the contracted credit. j) Final provision 1. This regulation will come into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Province. 2. Making the aid effective through the purchase of the described equipment necessarily implies knowledge and acceptance of these bases. 3. For what is not provided for in these bases, reference will be made to what is provided in the Budget Execution Bases and Law 38/2,003, of November 17, General Subsidies.
