BDNS (Identif.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8 a, of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/843523 The codes assigned by the National Subsidies Database correspond to the same administrative call text. First. General requirements to request individual school transportation aid. The student who meets the requirements established in the second base of Order 37/2016 (DOGV no. 7838, of 07/27/2016) which modifies Order 65/2015, of June 18, of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, which approves the regulatory bases for the call for individual aid for the school transportation service, will be the beneficiary of individual school transportation aid. (DOGV no. 7553, of 06/22/2015), provided that it cannot be included in any of the authorized collective transportation routes and that it is enrolled in one of the following educational levels: - Second cycle Early Childhood Education - Primary Education - Compulsory Secondary Education - Second Special Education. Purpose Individualized school transportation aid is called for the 2025-2026 academic year, intended to finance school transportation for students enrolled in second cycle Early Childhood Education, Primary Education or Compulsory Secondary Education and Special Education, in public centers dependent on the Generalitat. Third. Regulatory bases Order 65/2015, of June 18, of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, which approves the regulatory bases for the call for individual aid for the school transportation service (DOGV no. 7553, of 06.22.2015) modified by Order 8/2015 (DOGV no. 7621, of 09/23/2015) and Order 37/2016 (DOGV no. 7838, of 07/27/2016). Room. Amount 1. The maximum amount of aid, in general, for the 2025-2026 academic year, is established as follows: DISTANCE BETWEEN THE SCHOOL AND THE STUDENT'S MUNICIPALITY MAXIMUM AMOUNT PER COURSE Less than or equal to 6 km €340.02 More than 6 and up to 10 km €464.69 More than 10 and up to 15 km €597.00 More than 15 and up to 20 km €730.37 More than 20 km €797.07 2. In the case of Special Education students, the maximum amount of aid is established as follows: DISTANCE BETWEEN THE TEACHING CENTER AND THE STUDENT'S MUNICIPALITY MAXIMUM AMOUNT PER COURSE Minor or equal to 6 km €680.03 More than 6 and up to 10 km €929.37 More than 10 and up to 15 km €1,194.00 More than 15 and up to 20 km €1,460.73 More than 20 km €1,594.14 Fifth. Requests. Submission Deadline The ordinary submission deadlines will be from the day following the publication of this resolution until the end of the registration formalization period, if you continue at the same center, or during the registration formalization period, in the event that you change educational center.
