First: Beneficiaries. The beneficiaries of these subsidies will be natural persons, including those who are part of an entity without legal personality, who establish themselves on their own account and have registered as self-employed in the RETA or in the Mutuality of a Professional Association, starting an economic activity on their own, between January 1, 2025 and September 15, 2026, both inclusive. The work center will be established in one of the municipalities of the Socioeconomic Plan of La Raya de Salamanca and Zamora. Second: Object. Promote entrepreneurship in the La Raya Socioeconomic Plan municipalities of the provinces of Salamanca and Zamora indicated in Annex II of Order EYH/546/2025. Third.- Regulatory Bases ORDER EYH/546/2025, of May 27, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid to support entrepreneurs in the scope of the “La Raya” Socioeconomic Plan. (BOCYL no. 102 of May 30, 2025). Fourth.- Amount. The amount of the aid will be €15,000. Fifth.- Presentation deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be extended from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León of the extract of this Resolution until September 30, 2026.
