Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. The following persons may be beneficiaries of these subsidies: Any legal entity that develops programs, projects or activities that correspond to the subsidy line and the strategic objectives established in the Strategic Subsidy Plan 2023-2025 indicated in section 1 of this call: Companies, Entities, Non-governmental Organizations and other entities that develop projects or activities in the field of social innovation, social solidarity economy, social inclusion, community health, ecological development and sustainability. environmental, renewable energies, fair trade, innovation or entrepreneurship. The requirements for the application and the way to accredit them are included in the particular bases of the call. Second. Object. This call aims to support the development of programs, projects and activities of legal entities that promote initiatives of public utility, social interest or that contribute to achieving an objective of general interest. These projects must be aligned with the strategic objectives established in the Strategic Subsidy Plan 2023-2025 and with the subsidy line, the managing area and the responsible service specified below: Strategic objective: SO2: Strengthen the “L’Hospitalet” brand within the framework of the metropolitan area and economic development by strengthening social and economic agents, promoting commercial, business, tourism and the social economy in a governance framework between the public sector and the private in activities of general interest. Subsidy line: OE2 – 03: Program to promote and reinforce the social economy and social innovation Management area: Transforming City Area Management service: Economic development and Tourism Third. Regulatory bases. Particular bases approved by the Local Government Board on May 21, 2025 and published in the BOPB number CVE 202510102519 dated May 23, 2025 and in the DOGC dated May 27, 2025. Fourth. Amount. The amount of this call is set at €100,000.00, which will be allocated to budget applications 05 2410 4890001 (TRANSFERS TO FAMILIES AND NON-PROFIT INSTITUTIONS. SOCIAL SOLIDARITY ECONOMY) and 05 2410 4790001 (OTHER SUBSIDIES TO PRIVATE COMPANIES, SOCIAL AND SOLIDARITY ECONOMY) of the municipal budget for the year 2025. As a general rule, subsidies will not exceed 50% of the total budget of the project, program or activity. Notwithstanding this, the Qualifying Commission may propose that this percentage be exceeded or that subsidies be granted up to 80% of said budget after justification of the circumstances of local public interest by the instructing body that endorses it. In no case may the proposed amount exceed the amount requested by the entity. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications for the type of general and specific subsidies will be twenty business days counting from the day following the publication of an extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona. This call for subsidies is created with the purpose of granting financial aid for the financing of a specific activity or project that is developed during the year 2025, except that the concession agreement establishes a different execution period, which can never be longer than 12 months and must always begin within this year. In accordance with articles 72 and 74 RGS, the justification of compliance with the conditions and objectives determined in the act of granting the subsidy will be accredited in the following way: a) By means of a supporting account with the provision of proof of expenditure for projects presented for an amount less than 5,000.00 euros. b) Through a supporting account with provision of an auditor report for projects presented for an equal amount
