BDNS (Identif): 844832 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in this BOJA and in the National Subsidies Database: National Subsidies Database (infosubvenciones.es) First. Call A call is made by the Andalusian Women's Institute for 2025 for line 1 of a multi-year concession subsidy, on a non-competitive basis, intended for the Public Universities of Andalusia for the promotion of gender equality, in the maximum amount in euros and charged to the budget position indicated below: Budget position: 1831010000 G/32G/44100/00 01 Maximum amount 2025 (in euros): 75,000.00 Maximum amount 2026 (in euros): 75,000.00 Total (in euros): 150,000.00 The granting of the subsidy will be limited by the budgetary availability existing in the year, in accordance with article 119.2.j) of the Consolidated Text of the General Law of Public Finance of the Junta de Andalucía. Second. Beneficiaries. The Public Universities of Andalusia that meet the requirements indicated in Annex I attached to this extract may be beneficiaries of these subsidies. Third. Object. The purpose of this call is described in Annex I that accompanies this extract. Room. Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime, by the Andalusian Women's Institute, to the Public Universities of Andalusia for the promotion of gender equality and the implementation of the UNIVERGEM program, which have been approved by Order of June 17, 2021 (BOJA, Number 119 of June 23, 2021). Fifth. Amount. The maximum amount for the 2025 and 2026 annuity of the called line is that reflected in the first point of this extract. Sixth. Method of payment. Advance payment of a maximum of 50% of the subsidy amount is established upon signing the Grant Resolution. The remaining 50% will be paid when the execution of the actions and all expenses are fully justified. Seventh. Applications, documentation and place of presentation. 1. The application that appears as Annex I and the form of allegations, acceptance, reformulation and presentation of documents, can be obtained and presented at the Electronic Headquarters of the Andalusian Women's Institute, through the url: https://ws097.juntadeandalucia.es/oficina 2. Along with the application, the university's equality plan will be provided or, where appropriate, the corresponding section stating that they meet the requirements will be completed with the commitment to provide it together with the presentation of the Annex II form. Eighth. Application submission deadline. It is indicated in Annex I of this extract. Ninth. Execution period. It is indicated in Annex I of this extract. Tenth. Justification 1. It will be carried out by the beneficiary entity of the subsidy before the granting body, and must be in accordance with the provisions of section 25 of the Summary Table of the regulatory bases regarding the supporting documentation, the use of electronic media and the justification modality. 2. The maximum deadline for submitting the justification is indicated in Annex I of this extract. Eleventh. Other data.
