Official description of the call
FIRST- Beneficiaries: The subsidies regulated in this call will be directed to non-profit social associations whose purpose is the integration of people with drug addiction problems, with headquarters or permanent delegation in the municipality of Almería, provided that they comply with the requirements indicated in the Call and fully accept the content of the regulatory bases. Entities that meet any of the circumstances provided for in articles 13 of the LGS and 11 of the General Ordinance of Regulatory Bases for the granting of Subsidies by the City Council of Almería and its Autonomous Bodies will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiary of subsidies. SECOND- Object: Actions of a social nature, and specifically actions aimed at the integration of people with drug addiction problems. THIRD- Regulatory Bases: The General Ordinance of Regulatory Bases for the granting of Subsidies by the City Council of Almería and its Autonomous Bodies, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Almería number 142, of July 24, 2024, has the quality of Regulatory Bases for the granting of subsidies in matters of integration of people with drug addiction problems for the 2025 financial year of the Delegation of SOCIAL INTEGRATION PARTICIPATION AND DISTRICTS Area of the Hon. Almería City Council, FOURTH- Amount: The maximum amount of the Call amount is €20,000.00. FIFTH- Deadline for Submitting Applications: Fifteen business days (15), counted from the day following the publication of the extract of the Call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Almería, carried out through the National Subsidies Database (BDNS). However, when the period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it will be deemed extended to the first following business day.
