Official description of the call
First. -Beneficiaries: Municipalities of the province of Salamanca with a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, meeting the following requirements: 1st. As of January 1, 2025, they have a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants.2º. That the request meets the requirements established in BASES SIXTH AND TENTH.3. Be up to date with compliance with your tax or Social Security obligations imposed by current legislation.4º. Be up to date with the fulfillment of their tax obligations with this Provincial Council and not be indebted to it for any other non-tax concept.5º. Be up to date with payment of obligations for reimbursement of subsidies.6º. Not be subject to any of the circumstances listed in article 21 of the Subsidies Ordinance in relation to article 13.2 of the General Subsidies Law.7º. Agree on the commitment to budget the subsidy that will be granted for the proposed purpose. Second. - Purpose: The regulation of the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime in favor of the municipalities of the province of Salamanca with a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants for carrying out actions to promote the use of renewable energies and the adoption of measures that improve energy savings and efficiency. Third. - Regulatory Bases: Public call for subsidies under a competitive competition regime, in favor of municipalities in the province of Salamanca with a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, for the execution of actions to promote renewable energies and energy saving and efficiency measures. The maximum bidding base budget for the execution of the action that is the subject of the call will not exceed the limit of 31,114.29 euros, VAT per action. included, the maximum amount that can be subsidized per action being 70% of the tax base of the amount of the requested action and up to a maximum per action of 18,000 euros. When the investment to be made exceeds the cost foreseen in the previous paragraph, the municipality may fully finance the excess work that is quantified. b) Minimum amount of the subsidy. The minimum bidding base budget for the execution of the action that is the subject of the call is 10,371.43 euros, per action, VAT included, with the maximum amount that can be subsidized per action being 70% of the tax base of the amount of the requested action and up to a maximum per action of 6,000 euros. Fifth. - Deadline for submitting applications: 20 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOP.
