Official description of the call
First.- Make the public call by publishing it in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa and on the City Council website, to present applications for financial aid for the installation of elevators or carrying out works to improve accessibility in residential properties in the municipality of Lasarte-Oria, in the year 2025, in accordance with the following conditions 1.- The call is regulated by the bases for the granting of financial aid, on a free competition basis, for the installation of elevators or carrying out works to improve accessibility in residential properties in the municipality of Lasarte-Oria, approved by the Plenary Session of the Lasarte-Oria City Council, dated June 12, 2018, and published in the BOG dated July 12, 2018. 2.-The works subject to subsidy will be those that are completed between November 1, 2024 and October 31, 2025. 3.- Application submission deadline: October 31, 2025. 4.- Documentation: As provided in the bases. 5.- Budget allocation. Provide the call with the amount of 120,000.00 euros. This amount may be increased with the amounts not drawn down from the same budget item intended for energy efficiency aid. 6.- Maximum amount of aid: A) Elevators: The maximum amount per elevator may not exceed €10,818.00. B) Ramps or similar: The maximum amount for ramps and similar may not exceed €1,803.00. C) Other actions: In the rest, the maximum amount would reach €3,606.00.
