Legally constituted non-profit entities, formally registered, whose statutes clearly define that their object or purpose is Development Cooperation, Education for Development or Education for Global Citizenship, not affected by the prohibitions of article 13.2 and 13.3 of Law 38/2003General on Subsidies and Law 5/2008 of September 25 on subsidies of the Community of Castilla y León. Second.- Object/Purpose. Promote the effective contribution to the achievement of the SDGs, with innovative, interdisciplinary and transversal responses, which favor access to quality and transformative education, as well as a more just and supportive society that guarantees the fundamental rights of people and that contribute to eradicating poverty and fighting against all inequality. Third.- Regulatory Bass. Regulatory bases for the aid of the international university cooperation financial support program-Development Cooperation Fund, approved by the Governing Council of this university, by agreement of February 1, 2024 (B.O.C. and L. Núm.32 of February 14, 2024). Fourth.- Amount. 1. In this extraordinary call, projects of the following modalities will be supported: Modality 2: Education for Global Citizenship of the university community: Aimed at the training and awareness-raising of the UVa university community on issues related to Sustainable Human Development, the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The activities carried out must promote greater perception and knowledge of the problems and possible solutions that affect impoverished peoples, communities and countries, stimulating solidarity and active cooperation with them. Modality 3: Service-learning and/or service-research projects aimed at excluded groups or at risk of social exclusion, especially groups of migrants and refugees in situations of special vulnerability. This modality is intended for the implementation of learning and/or research experiences while providing a service to the population, especially groups of migrants and refugees in situations of special vulnerability or at risk of social exclusion in the territorial area of ​​the four campuses of the University of Valladolid: Palencia, Segovia, Soria and Valladolid. In these projects, the participation of volunteer students is required to be equal to or greater than 5 students. This volunteering may involve the recognition of up to 3 credits for “activities supporting groups at risk of social exclusion and solidarity campaigns in the university environment”, taking into account the multifocal evaluation provided by the ONGD. Applications for this modality will complete Annex 5. 2. Amount by modalities and allocation of budget credits: All projects are financed by the International Cooperation Fund for the development of the University of Valladolid, managed by the Rector's Delegation for University Social Responsibility of this University, budget code 18.01.10 /333AG.01 /480.09. The total amount available for all modalities amounts to €25,073.Modality 2: Education for Global Citizenship of the university community:Maximum total amount of €22,073.The maximum amount of each aid will be €4,000.Modality 3: Service-learning and/or service-research projects aimed at excluded groups or at risk of social exclusion, especially groups of migrants and refugees in situations of special vulnerability.Maximum total amount of €3,000. The maximum amount of each aid will be €1,500. If the total budget allocated to any of the modalities is not available, it may be allocated to other modalities, as long as they are favorably estimated candidates that have been excluded due to exhaustion of the funds of their modality. These aids are subject to corporate tax and the current withholding regime. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications will be from July 14 to September 8
