Official description of the call
Agreement of the local government board, dated 06/27/2025, by which subsidies are called for the Promotion and promotion of culture for the year 2025, through the competitive competition procedure. TEXT In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, in relation to article 18 of the consolidated text of the Aragon Subsidies Law, approved by Legislative Decree 2/2023, of May 3, of the Government of Aragon, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (www.infosubvenciones.es) and on the ANDORRA City Council website. First. Beneficiaries. Non-profit legal entities that have their registered office or open delegation in Andorra and are registered in the General Registry of Associations of Aragon will be eligible for the subsidies from this call. Second. Purpose The purpose of the subsidy is to cover the necessary expenses for the proper development of projects for activities to promote and promote culture in the year 2025. Projects for activities related to music, theater, image, plastic arts, traditional culture, dance, entertainment groups, publications, exchanges, festivals and competitions, participation in cultural meetings and performances held in Andorra during the year 2025 will be subject to subsidy. The following will not be subject to subsidy: -Equipment or maintenance of centers, premises or permanent headquarters. -Investments in furniture, computer equipment or appliances. -Fines, surcharges or sanctions. -Bank expenses. -Local fees and taxes. -Meals, drinks and agapes not strictly linked to the subsidized project. -Cash prizes. -VAT deductible. -Payments made in cash. Third. Amount of aid. The budget credits to which the subsidy is allocated are those corresponding to item 2025. 3340.4800200 “Culture, tourism and youth subsidies”, and the maximum total amount of the subsidies called is 3,000.00 euros. Room. Application submission deadline. Applications will be submitted through the electronic headquarters of the Andorra City Council, through the procedure “Call for subsidy from the Andorra City Council for Culture 2025”, within one month from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Teruel. Fifth. Other information The following documentation will be attached to the application: a) Photocopy of the entity's C.I.F. b) Registration in the General Registry of Associations of Aragon. c) Explanatory report of the project with a description of activities, objectives and fulfillment of the purpose. d) Breakdown budget (income/expenses) and requested amount (Annex II). e)Certificates of being up to date with payments with the Treasury and Social Security (or exemption declaration, Annex III)
