ANNOUNCEMENT In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. The Local Government Board of the Hon. Segovia City Council, in an ordinary session on July 3, 2025, has approved the call for proposals for the granting of “Segovia Sí Innova” subsidies under a competitive competition regime, to private entities for the development of projects related to technological innovation for the year 2025. In compliance with this Agreement, an extract of the Call is published: OBJECT AND PURPOSE: The object of this call for subsidies is to promote the implementation, development and use of Information and Communication Technologies (hereinafter ICT) in companies and entrepreneurs in the city of Segovia, in order to promote digital transformation, improve competitiveness, operational efficiency and accessibility to digital services. The purpose of this call is to subsidize two (2) innovative projects that integrate advanced technological solutions, such as the digitization of processes, electronic commerce, training in digital skills, the use of specialized software or the development of technological infrastructures, promoting digital inclusion and equitable access to ICT in different sectors of society. Additionally, the subsidy will provide specific training to six (6) companies in intrapreneurship and new technologies. BUDGET ALLOCATION: This is a line of local aid, the maximum amount of which will be the following: First Innovation and Intrapreneurship Project, which will be financially endowed with TWENTY THOUSAND EUROS (€20,000.00). Second Innovation and Intrapreneurship Project, which will be financially endowed with TEN THOUSAND EUROS (€10,000.00). BENEFICIARIES AND COMPATIBILITY: The beneficiaries of this aid will be legally constituted companies that have their tax domicile or headquarters in the municipality of Segovia. The receipt of these aids will be compatible with others for the same purpose granted by the State, the Autonomous Community of Castilla y León or by other Public Administrations, provided that, individually or in conjunction, they do not exceed the cost of the subsidized activity. ELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES: The projects must be developed in the municipality of Segovia, Barrios Incorporados or Minor Local Entity of Revenga. Exceptions will be made to those activities that, within the framework of a project, are carried out in a different municipality and provided that said displacement represents a benefit by virtue of the objectives that the project proposes. Projects should preferably contemplate the incorporation of their participants into standardized spaces and resources, as well as access to public goods and services. ELIGIBLE EXPENSES: Eligible expenses will be considered those that unquestionably respond to the nature of the subsidized activity, are strictly necessary, and are carried out within the period established by this call. That is, the expenses subject to the subsidy are those incurred and actually paid by the applicant during the project execution period of one (1) calendar year counting from the business day following the resolution of the concession. DEADLINE, PLACE AND EFFECTS OF SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: Deadline: The deadline for submitting applications will be forty-five (45) calendar days starting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Segovia. Place: Applications will be submitted to the Electronic Registry of the City Council, through the electronic headquarters (https://sede.segovia.es) without prejudice to the provisions of article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. EFFECTIVENESS: This call takes effect from its publication in the National Subsidies Database, and an extract thereof, in the Official Gazette of the Province of Segovia. »
