Official description of the call
Likewise, the call can be consulted at the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León (https://www.tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es) using the BDNS identifier. First. Beneficiaries SMEs with registered office or work center in Castilla y León, with the exceptions indicated in the second provision of the call. Second. Purpose The financing of digitization and advanced digital transformation projects in SMEs in Castilla y León. Third. Regulatory bases Order EYH/1274/2024, of November 25, which approves the regulatory bases of subsidies intended to promote digitalization and digital transformation in SMEs in Castilla y León (BOCyL no. 235 of December 3, 2024). Room. Amount Total amount of the call: 1,850,000 euros. This amount may be increased by a maximum additional amount of up to 1,000,000 euros, in accordance with the provisions of article 16.3 of Law 5/2008, of September 25, on Subsidies of the Community of Castilla y León. The amount of the subsidy will be up to 75% of the eligible budget. Fifth. Application submission period It will begin the day after the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León and will end on the day of the publication of the call that replaces it or the publication of its closure. Sixth. Other data In the case of projects identified in the fifth specific provision, point 1.b), as individual and collaborative projects for advanced digital transformation, advance payments of the subsidy of up to 50% may be made in accordance with article 37 of Law 5/2008, of September 25.
