Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of article 22 of Law 38/2003, of November 17. Subsidies General, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database https://datos.gob.es/es/catalogo/e05188501-base-de-datos-nacional-de-subvenciones FIRST. Beneficiaries Promoters of business projects that meet the following conditions may be beneficiaries: Entrepreneurs and/or newly created companies. Natural or legal persons, including individual entrepreneurs, communities of property and civil companies, who have started the activity in the year 2025, with the start of the activity being understood as the date set in form 036/037 of the Tax Agency. Those companies (natural or legal person) that have been carrying out their activity previously and that have set up shop for the first time in the municipality during the year 2025 will also be considered beneficiaries, with the start of the activity being understood as the date of application for the municipal opening license. Requirements of the beneficiaries: Establish their location, as well as their tax and/or social domicile, in the Municipal District of Villa de Mazo. Make an investment for an amount equal to or greater than one thousand six hundred euros (€1,600.00). These are micro-enterprises, understood as those that employ less than 10 workers and whose annual turnover or annual balance sheet does not exceed two million euros. Projects or business initiatives whose promoter(s) are up to date with the payment of municipal taxes and do not maintain debt with the Villa de Mazo City Council; as well as with the State, Regional and Social Security Tax Agency. Business promoters may only benefit from a single aid for business activities, and no natural or legal person may submit several applications for the same or different economic activity during each annual call. Therefore, you must limit yourself to submitting a single annual aid application to the Villa de Mazo City Council. For those promoters who have already received financial aid from the Villa de Mazo City Council for the start-up of business projects, they must allow a period of 5 years from the granting of the first aid to formalize a new request for financial aid for the start-up of another business initiative derived from a new constitution as an entrepreneur or new heading. SECOND: Purpose The call for the granting of subsidies under the COMPETITIVE COMPETITION regime is intended to support the business fabric, as well as the start-up and initiation of the activity of entrepreneurs in the Municipal District of Villa de Mazo. Its obtaining is conditional on compliance with the requirements contemplated in the call. THIRD: General Regulatory Bases for the Concession of Subsidies under a competitive competition regime in the Villa de Mazo City Council. Published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife No. 108 dated September 6, 2024 FOURTH: Amount. These aids will be financed from the budget credit that for this purpose is included in budget application No. 433.47000. corresponding to the budget for 2025, in the amount of €8,500.00. FIFTH: ELIGIBLE EXPENSES. 2.1.- The following initial expenses necessary for the start-up of business projects, carried out and paid in the financial year of the year of the call, will be eligible for subsidies: A) The acquisition of capital goods necessary for the start of the activity, such as: Self-employed fees. Civil liability insurance. Rentals of premises and land. Furniture and fixtures. Office equipment, machinery, tools, specific tools for the activity. Computer and communications equipment. Software necessary for the development of the activity. Computer equipment and accessories for Teleworking. B) Likewise, investment expenses for the purposes of the subsidy will be those for establishing and starting up the company, such as: Fees for lawyers, notaries and/or registrars. Launch advertising.
