Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Young people between 18-35 years old from Zumaia. Second.Object. The purpose of this call is to contribute part of the rental payment for the home used as the habitual residence of young people between 18 and 35 years old, who have a rental home in the municipality of Zumaia. Third. Regulatory bases. Regulatory ordinance establishing the granting of housing rental aid to young people between 18 and 35 years of age in the municipality of Zumaia (Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa nª136 of July 17, 2025). Room. Amount. The total amount of subsidies to be granted in this call will be 25,000.00 euros corresponding to the following item of the General Budget of the Zumaia City Council for the year 2025: 1 1200.480.152.20.01 2025 "Subsidy for the promotion of rentals". If this amount is exhausted, it can be completed with the amount allocated to the call for subsidies for people over 36 years of age, as long as there is money left over. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications. Applications will be submitted to the Zumaia Municipal Registry or by any of the means provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. They may also be submitted by electronic registration by accessing the electronic headquarters of the City Council through its website (www.zumaia.eus). The deadline for submitting applications will be from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa until September 30. Sixth. Form and terms of payment. Payment will be made in 2 payments by bank transfer to an account owned by the beneficiary: A first payment will be made after the resolution of the call. The amount of the first payment will be proportional to the rental expenses that have been justified to date. The second payment, corresponding to the rest of the subsidy, will be made after the complete presentation of the supporting documentation as indicated in article 12 of the regulatory bases.
