Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in this Official Gazette of Extremadura. First. Object. Subsidies to promote the employment of people with disabilities in the protected labor market of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for the 2025/2026 financial year. Second. Beneficiaries Special Employment Centers that have obtained their qualification and registration in the Registry of Special Employment Centers of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, and that are not subject to any cause of disqualification, may be beneficiaries of the subsidies. Third. Regulatory bases Order of August 10, 2023 establishing the regulatory bases for aid to promote the employment of people with disabilities in the protected labor market of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura (DOE no. 160 of August 21, 2023). Room. Amount. The total amount of the call amounts to 29,000,000.00 euros, with the following distribution by annuities: 1.- Annuity 2025: 4,660,000.00 euros, with the following distribution by programs and budget applications: a Program I: 500,000.00 euros charged to the budget application 140130000/G/242A/77000/TE24001001/20090229 and CONVO/2025/0000003639. b Program II: 4,000,000.00 euros: -50,000 euros charged to the budget application 140130000/G/242A/47000/TE24001001/20090229 and CONVO/2025/0000003640 -3,950,000.00 euros charged to the application budget 140130000/G/242A/47000/CAG0000001/20250438 and CONVO/2025/0000003640. c Program III: 150,000.00 euros charged to budget application 140130000/G/242A/47000/TE24001001/20090229 and CONVO/2025/0000003641. d Program IV: 10,000.00 euros charged to budget application 140130000/G/242A/47000/TE24001001/20090229 and CONVO/2025/0000003642. 2.- Annuity 2026: 24,340,000.00 euros, with the following distribution by programs and budget applications: a Program I: 1,500,000.00 euros charged to budget application 140130000/G/242A/77000/TE24001001/20090229 and CONVO/2025/0000003639. b Program II: 22,500,000.00 euros charged to budget application 140130000/G/242A/47000/TE24001001/20090229 and CONVO/2025/0000003640. c Program III: 300,000.00 euros charged to budget application 140130000/G/242A/47000/TE24001001/20090229 and CONVO/2025/0000003641. d Program IV: 40,000.00 euros charged to budget application 140130000/G/242A/47000/TE24001001/20090229 and CONVO/2025/0000003642. Fifth. Application submission deadline. 1. The validity period of the call for the purposes of submitting applications will be one year from the day following the day on which the resolution and the extract thereof are published in the Official Gazette of Extremadura (http://doe.juntaex.es). 2. Interested entities must apply for subsidies during the period of validity of the call, within the specific deadlines established below for each program: a. For the aid established in Program I, “Aid for employment-generating projects”, within a period of one month from the start date of the initial permanent hiring or the transformation of temporary contracts into permanent contracts subject to subsidy. Notwithstanding the above, and in application of the provisions of article 30.4 of the Order of August 10, 2023, a period of one month is enabled from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of Extremadura (http://doe.juntaex.es) of the call, so that applications can be submitted for contracts whose start or transformation dates have occurred between June 1, 2025 and the day of publication of the call. b. For the aid established in Program II, “Aid to maintain jobs for disabled workers in Special Employment Centers”: b1) For the months from January to December, the maximum deadline for submitting the application will be 2 months following the end of each calendar month for which the subsidy is requested. b2) For applications for extra pay for June and December, the maximum deadline for submitting applications will be the same deadline as
