Official description of the call
Likewise, the call can be consulted at the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León (https://www.tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es) using the identifier BDNS Primero. Beneficiaries: These subsidies are aimed at private, legally constituted and non-profit entities that are registered in the Registry of Development Cooperation Agents of Castilla y León, that have full legal capacity and capacity to act; that have presence and activity in Castilla y León during the two years prior to the submission of the application, capable of guaranteeing the fulfillment of their purposes and implementation in the Community, and with permanent headquarters, other than their private domicile and open to the public, in the Community of Castilla y León. Second. Purpose: The grants are intended to support initiatives and projects of “Transformative Education for Global Citizenship” (ETCG), which influence processes for the promotion of informed, committed, participatory and critical citizens, with attitudes and values capable of generating changes in their own lives and those of their community, understanding and being aware of their co-responsibility in the causes of inequalities, non-compliance with human rights and development problems, committed locally and globally. To this end, knowledge, skills, values and attitudes will be promoted that allow us to address the global problems that affect us as a society, from solidarity. Third. Regulatory bases: By Order TRA/1567/2020, of December 29 (published in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León, No. 7, of January 12), the bases for granting subsidies for education projects for development and global citizenship in the territory of Castilla y León Cuarto were approved. Amount: The amount of the subsidy awarded may not exceed 90% of the total budget of the initiative or project presented, with a maximum amount of each subsidy of twenty thousand euros (€20,000). The amount assigned to each of the ETCG projects will respond to the interrelation between the score obtained in the assessment and the percentages determined for each range of points in the call. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: Twenty business days, counted from the day following the publication of this extract of the call order in the "Official Gazette of Castilla y León".
