Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: All students in Early Childhood Education (classrooms for 2, 3, 4 and 5 years), Primary Education (from 1st to 6th), and Compulsory Secondary Education (from 1st to 4th), from the educational centers of Xirivella, will be beneficiaries of these awards. Second. Purpose: The purpose of these awards, of an extraordinary nature, is to promote the use of writing in Valencian in the municipality's schools. Third. Regulatory rules: Call for rules of the XXVI Children's and Youth Narrative and Poetry School Contest Les Penyetes 2026. Fourth. Amount: The following prizes are established: CHILDREN • 2 years: 1 prize • 3, 4 and 5 years: 3 prizes PRIMARY • 1st cycle (1st and 2nd of Primary): 3 prizes and 1 NESE prize • 2nd cycle (2nd and 3rd of Primary): 3 prizes and 1 NESE prize • 3rd cycle (4th and 5th of Primary): 3 prizes and 1 prize NESE SECONDARY • 1st cycle (1st and 2nd of Secondary): 3 prizes and 1 NESE prize • 2nd cycle (3rd and 4th of Secondary): 3 prizes and 1 NESE prize SPECIAL PRIZE • 1 special prize will be awarded to the UECO classroom. The prizes will consist of a set of books and a diploma. Xirivella schools that participate will also receive a diploma and a batch of books. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be from the publication in the National Subsidies Base and in the Official Gazette of the Province until December 15, 2025, according to the procedure provided for in art. 20 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies and, in any case, the City Council will publish on the municipal website the final date for submitting applications
