Mr. José Luis Sáez Pastor, Mayor-President of the City Council of Guardamar del Segura, MAKES IT KNOWN: that by Local Government Board No. 22/2025 of 08/04/2025, where the bases and the call for the granting of transportation aid for students displaced outside the municipal area for the 2024-2025 academic year are approved, which are as follows: First.- Officially appoint the Technician of youth, Carlos Manuel Rastoll Sánchez as the instructing body of the TRANSPORTATION AID procedure FOR YOUNG STUDENTS DISPLACED OUTSIDE THE MUNICIPAL TERMS FOR THE 2024/2025 COURSE. Second.- Approve the regulatory bases, the call and the annexes of the selective process for the granting of transportation aid for students displaced outside the municipal area for the 2024/2025 academic year. REGULATORY BASES AND CALL FOR THE GRANTING OF TRANSPORTATION AID FOR YOUNG STUDENTS DISPLACED OUTSIDE THE MUNICIPAL TERMS FOR THE 2024/2025 YEAR. FIRST BASIS.- PURPOSE OF THE CALL. The purpose of these rules is to regulate the granting of transportation aid for students displaced outside the municipal area, for the 2024/2025 academic year. The procedure for granting these subsidies will be on a competitive basis, by comparing the applications presented, in order to establish a relationship between them in accordance with the evaluation criteria established in this call, awarding, with the limit set in the following point, those that have obtained the highest evaluation in application of the aforementioned criteria. SECOND BASIS.- LEGAL NATURE AND BUDGETARY LIMIT. For everything that is not regulated in these bases, the content of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies and of Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulation of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, will apply. This aid will be financed from budget application 2025.326.48003. It will be conditional on the maximum budgeted amount, this being THIRTY THOUSAND EUROS (€30,000), and the amount to be received by each applicant may be reduced to adjust to the total budgeted amount. THIRD BASIS.- OBJECT, CONDITIONS AND PURPOSE OF THE SUBSIDY TO REQUEST TRANSPORTATION AID FOR STUDENTS DISPLACED OUTSIDE THE MUNICIPAL TERMS OF THE 2024/2025 YEAR. The purpose of the subsidy is to grant financial aid by the Guardamar del Segura City Council to cover the transportation costs of students registered in the town, who are studying outside the municipality and who do not have educational offers there during the 2024/2025 academic year. Transportation aid for students displaced outside the municipal area, for the 2024/2025 academic year, the following activities may be subsidized: • Basic Vocational Training, Intermediate and Higher Level Training Cycles. • University education leading to official Bachelor's and Master's degrees or equivalent. • Special regime teachings such as: • Artistic teachings in dance, music, dramatic art, plastic arts, design and conservation and restoration of cultural property. • Sports teachings. • Language teaching (Official Language Schools). • Preparation course for university access for people over 25 years of age taught by public universities. On the contrary, the following will not be subject to subsidy: • Any non-regulated education. • Third cycle or doctoral studies. • University degrees. • No distance or blended course or study, regardless of the center. FOURTH BASIS.- RECIPIENTS AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS TO REQUEST TRANSPORTATION AID FOR STUDENTS DISPLACED OUTSIDE THE MUNICIPAL TERMS OF THE 2024/2025 YEAR. These grants are intended for all those university and non-university students who are studying an official academic degree with professional and/or academic validity, during the 2024/2025 academic year, in any official study center, whether public or private, outside the municipal area and that does not have educational offers there. In the case of a private center, it must be a regulated academic center, that is, recognized by official State organizations. 1.
